A well kept work horse she's a beauty.
These 80s models trucks were such nice designs, much better looking than the units today.
That truck looks amazing for having 3,000,000 miles on it!
Nice Eagle 🦅 C.O.E LARGECAR
Nice cabover clean
A sweet old 9670!
Very classy.

Thats a beautiful truck i love cab overs especially ih
There’s a whole playlist of IH on my channel :)
Had a eagle big cab 24 years back 425 b model cat , 15 over with 373 rears , tall rubber , pulled a 48 ft stepdeck an a 45 ft cattle pot, it would push a hole in the wind , hard to get the right parts , had fun and made a little money , paper logs and running wild ! Those days are long gone !!
Owned an '87 w/ 444 Cummins 13spd 199" wheelbase, painted up green w/brown burgandy stripes. Made more $$ with that than 2 new Petes I replaced it with.
Love the IH cab overs
Lots of them on my IH playlist!
Dont make them like this Beauty anymore. Great to see this on the raod and will bring back many memories to a lot who drove them in there day . Beautiful old girl keep trucking.

Not that anyone would even remotely care but I am a just retired 55 year old mid level banking exec - met my wife in 1987 and from as far back as I can remember always loved trucks - went out with a driver a couple of times but have just admired them my whole life… when my wife and I go on walks, we snap a picture here and there…. I use CZcams for gun and pocket knife videos and stumbled upon this channel and just wanted to tell you how awesome it is!!! This is my favorite relaxation - and just wanted to say thank you for these videos - I’m an outsider lol - never trucker but always loved them. Now that I am retired, I just may get my license and purchase an older truck to fix it up and drive from time to time but will always enjoy this wonderful channel - thank you!
Thank you for watching! Plenty of my friends have no trucking connection, except for me, and they’ve even managed to find beauty in trucks :) Thanks for following along! If you ever want to attend a truck show, there’s a calendar of events all over the N. America on my website.
I’m 58 and am in commercial real estate. Same thing. Should have gotten my air brakes.
Hey David that’s a great idea. I’m a 3rd generation trucker and really like reading your response. My response to you is definitely get yourself an old truck. Witch ever one you like, I recommend an old Mack or kenworth. My friend works for the heiress of an old school company from way back, these people are billionaires and could be doing anything they want but ya know what they love. OLD TRUCKS, couple times a year one of them goes to Iowa 80 truck stop and waits for a beautiful truck to pull in and gives offers that people are just blown away. Some don’t take the money but most do. The reason they do this is to save a little bit of Americana and my friend restores the ones that need it. They work them too, it’s always intrigued me when I see a billionaire driving a truck, one day I had to ask one of the brothers why , his response was-I love trucks’.
Go do it, David! There's nothing like fulfilling a dream! I retired from the USAF and went trucking for 26 years; it was like being a kid in a candy store. Even if you get a truck tractor to play around with and take to truck shows, you'll have a great time! Best of luck to you and your wife!
@@crewchief8013 I can’t wait!!! Thank you!
My first truck was a 9670,
Nice looking cabover
Looking good 👍
Nice Truck! Much better Than A New One!
Danke natürlich auch an miss Flatbed für Ihr exzellentes Gespür für selten gewordene US trucks
I wish I would have got it ❤❤❤
The International Eagle, whether a COE or Conventional, was a darned good truck. You sir, have a very nice looking truck. 👍
I always thought she was a beauty.
PAID FORRRREEE!!!!!
Respekt an den Besitzer und an seinen Lkw. Top gepflegt und täglich noch im Einsatz. Die meisten kündigen heutzutage schon wenn Sie einen 3 Jahre alten Lkw noch fahren müssen 😉.
That thing's beautiful, they weren't that pretty when they were new!
I drove one like that for a while, it wouldn't turn a right corner for 💩.😮
Ever want to sell it let me know. So cool!!
Plenty of these cabover here in jamaica 🇯🇲
👍👍
Damit nice
What is the wheelbase? Great job Red as always. Great story.
🤷♀️ sorry!
Hello! I’m his daughter 🙂 he said the wheelbase is 199 inches!
@@ericamcclure8598 thank you!
@@MissFlatbedRed it's all good. I got a answer. I started my professional career with the orange and black fenders 9670, then graduated to the orange double bunk 9700.
It would be nice to see sleeper interior with the window
All the videos I make are impromptu. I’m not nosing around when he has it zipped shut for a reason. Can’t make everyone happy I guess.
I hate these wind wing blades by the end oft the cab !
By every truck model !
There name is my last name spell Ed the same
💪🫶👍👍👌👌🤝🤗🤗🤗
Can I have it
I can’t believe you over paid that much 24 years ago. That’s the era that no one wanted a cab over. I bought 4 different ones in the late 90’s early 2000’s and never gave over 5 grand. Now people give stupid prices for trucks you can’t hardly get parts for
