Sorry, but armpit hair on a woman is a huge turn off for me, lol. I think most heterosexual males are hardwired to just shutdown at the sight of it (unless they have some sort of weird fetish) but for the most part it's seen as a masculine feature so something in our DNA is just like "nnn-NNoooooooo!!!" 😂 ....I'm sure it's the same for women, just as you said, guys with waxed eyebrows are seen as 'feminine' looking so that combination of thin/arched eyebrows on male you just automatically find it repulsive.

Women naturally have less body and facial hair anyway so what's the point in keeping some unsightly dirty looking armpits, unibrow or sideburns? The reason why men don't like hair on a woman except head hair is because hair is a masculine thing it reminds men of testosterone! Muscles too. women who go to the gym a bit too much turn a man off cause men like feminine women not a man ish woman! I see that you say it's exhausting and men don't have to deal with these kind of things you are wrong because there's plenty of women who don't like facial hair and act like duchebags toward their man only because he missed a day of shaving!

Its perfectly reasonable for someone in a relationship to want the other to maintain a certain appearance (within reason obviously). One of the biggest if the THE BIGGEST factors in a relationship is physical attraction. If a guy is super turned off by a woman's armpit hair, and she doesnt shave it, its understandable for him to be upset. If she really likes having it, then she doesn't have to shave it obviously but these two probably aren't compatible. This obviously works both ways and I have a personal example.
A few years ago, a girl I was seeing thought I'd look better with a short beard. I liked her, and didn't mind having facial hair, so I grew one. We eventually stopped seeing eachother but I kept the beard. Its a bit longer now, but I keep it very clean and tidy for the most part. About 8 months ago I started seeing someone, and she said she wasn't a fan of the facial hair. I kept it because I've grown to like it, and in my opinion I look way too young without it. A little over 3 months ago we broke up. No huge reason, but a bunch of smaller reasons all added up to us just not willing to be together any more. I don't know for sure but I suspect one of her issues with me is my still having a beard. It sucks but I can respect it.
IDK, I guess my point is people that are together have a right to want their partner to look a certain way within reason. The other also has a right to tell them to piss off. Its up to both to decide whether or not to compromise.
Good video BTW, really enjoying the channel!

  • @lonewaer

I don't mind armpit hair. I don't mind arm hair. I don't mind beaver hair (and I mean full blown winter coat beaver). I mind mustache and leg hair. Get rid of the last two, but the rest… Lil' Me will be saluting all day long if she keeps it.
Among the things you listed that you "had" to do, for a lot of them… you really don't. Like, the make up, the fake eyelashes, the fake nails, the hair dye, all of this is making you, less you. Because in the end, when you wake up in the morning, your dude is not seeing the caked up you. He's seeing you without all of that. None of that you _have_ to do. You might get a little bit less attention, yeah, sure. But trust me if you don't do any of that, you'll still get more attention than you can humanly manage. If anything, not doing any of that will shave off (heh) the superficial people. And *then* you doing your make up becomes something rare and special (which isn't the case, if that's already your daily).
In fact, let me present an argument, just to play devil's advocate : if that girl who wrote to BB thought about it for a minute, she'd have understood that she gets validation based on what she initially presents. When she got with her bf, I am absolutely certain that she was shaving. That's part of why he got with her in the first place : had she not done it, he would have moved along before even being serious with her. So if she had presented like that initially, she would have attracted people who were fine with it instead of him. But he's not fine with it, so that means she used to shave/wax, but doesn't do it anymore. She's letting herself go if nothing else, no ideological reason or anything.
I've had my hair down to my butt for a long time as a guy, and people didn't expect me to cut my hair, and didn't push for me to do it, except my mother because she didn't like it. I think the same applies for all of those things. You set a standard for yourself ; do it for long enough, and people will eventually shut their trap about what you should do, because you will also stop giving a fuck and have no problem telling them how things are. Works for make up and hair upkeep. Of course if you're shaven every time you go out, the one time you aren't, people will notice and give you shit about it. If you wear make up every time, the one time you don't, you'll look tired, yes. You can't expect people to not notice the difference or not let you know they did. But you get to set that standard for yourself. Not for other people but for yourself.
    Food for thought.

Compared to what guys go through, when you just have to attract some o ne, we have to find someone, do the approaching, be shot doen 100 times. Meanwhile our hairs falling out, penis size, whether it can get hard or not. Just some of the issues guys have.

@@BigDaddyMoMo1 I mean, men face different pressures in society. For women, more often than not it's centered around appearance and how they present themselves. Men are also judged on their looks, but their mostly judged on their ability to provide for and protect women. In most culture if a woman doesn't have a job, or a high level job, it's fine. A man working minimum wage/in between jobs are considered bums or at the very least not worth a women's time(the concept of dating down only appeared when women started earning more money than men, and most women can't stand the fact of dating someone they view as financially lesser than them) . If a viral video comes up, about a women being attacked or hounded, if a man is in the background, he would be hounded with "what kind of man is that?" "small pp energy here""left your balls at home" and etc. Calling law enforcement is one thing, physically stepping into a volatile situation is another, which could get you terribly wounded or even killed. With men, being the sole bread winner in a lot of households, jumping into harms way will always be a bad idea, but society don't care.
Society gives both men and women a raw deal, but for some reason feminist will always try to fight to get women Michelin star surf and turf, while being fine with men getting their raw steaks

I know this is just fun content, yet here is a thought: Men do not walk around saying what is wrong with women's appearances... women insult other women, and themselves. Men will gladly screw and marry ladies that have all sorts of looks, no makeup, belly, etc. This idea you repeat about "We spend on makeup, nails, shoes, ..." is actually all stuff that you do for yourself. No real man is avoiding a good woman without makeup, with a regular dress, or because she owns only 5 pair of shoes. We do not care. Last, when BB says 'all the stuff we gotta do' you said something like, "What is it you guys need to do?" I get it, this is just funny gender talk. But BB explains in his sets that men die 10 years early for staying in control, accepting hardship, tolerating endless BS, and yes - not agreeing a puppy is cute. This is why Real Men in the US do not hold hands and swap spit. We stay tough, while girls just endlessly prance around and insult their men.

I don't want to force women to shave their armpits; I want to force EVERYONE to shave them. No double standards; it's not "Ok if you're a man, gross if you're a woman" but "always disgusting." My gf is revolted by armpit hair and forced me to start doing it, and to make her happy, I started doing it. Even though I told her I didn't care if she did it herself, she said, "I don't do it for you; I do it for me." After trying it myself, it feels incredible; so clean and sanitary, easy to wash, less sweat, less itching, deodorant works better when there's no layer of coarse hair over the skin, etc. And about not liking shaving, men don't like shaving either, but we do it because we have to. A man has to shave regularly, ESPECIALLY if he has facial hair to maintain; no woman wants her man to look like an unkempt caveman with an ungroomed, uneven, and out-of-control beard.

And if any of my friends tried to hug me they'd be banned from my house for a while. And yeah armpit hair is a bit of a turnoff and I'm not sure why. I mean armpits aren't an erogenous zone nor have anything to do with sex appeal. Probably no man in the history of the earth has gone after a woman because she has a great set of armpits. And male sexual attraction is based on visually scanning for signs of youth, health and fertility (hip to waist ratio, bust size, etc), which armpit hair has nothing to do with. The problem I have with women complaining about this sort of stuff is that they never acknowledge that it's always women the ones who start it. Every trend in female beauty was started by some women who were trying to stand out from the rest and be more attractive. Some of those trends became so popular that now women in general have to adapt to them in order to compete in the sexual market, because men get used used to them. Then many years later you get women complaining about how it is oppressive that women have to do those things and how men demand a lot of unfair stuff from women and should stop doing it. But pretty much for all of human history women didn't shave or used make up and men were attracted to them anyway. So how did it start? The shaving trend started when, due to female liberation, women were able to show more skin, and as a result they started to compete with each other by trying to look more feminine, and a way to do that was to have less body hair. So who is responsible then? men? The motivating force for all those 'oppresive' social norms around female beauty is always female intrasexual competition, always has been. It's like make up. Women complain often about all the time and effort they have to put nowadays just to not look bad. But they still do it. Why? because they know most other women are going to do it and they don't want to be unattractive in comparison. Men have nothing to do with it except for the fact that they are used to those things now and therefore find the lack of it unattractive. That's why many men find unshaven women unattractive, because (thanks to the trend women started), hair in certain parts of the body is seen as unfeminine. Or do those women complaining think that if all of a sudden all women in the planet decided to stop shaving and using make up the human race would become extinct because men wouldn't be attracted to women anymore? Obviously not the case. So why don't women just stop doing it then? Because they know other women are going to keep doing it in order to try to stand out from the rest, to have an advantage. It's female intrasexual competition. It's the same reason why men compete with each other for status, it's human nature. You would need to establish some sort of socially restrictive norms in order to stop the sexual competition from escalating in that way, like conservative social morality for example. But women don't want that, they don't want restrictions, they want freedom to do what they want. But they don't realize that with freedom you also get unlimited sexual competition in both sexes. Men compete for status (and to a lesser degree for looks), and women compete for looks (and to a lesser degree for status).
I have no problem with women who are personally annoyed by shaving and make up and all that, up until the point when they start blaming men and 'society', as if women as a group are not part of society and have no agency and no responsability for shaping it. Everything in life is a trade-off, and women's choices mold society just like men's. It would be nice if they acknowledged it (I am not talking about you, btw, it's a general comment on this topic).

I've seen so many of your videos, and I've loved and respected and agreed with every single one of your opinions. However, I strongly disagree with your opinion here. I have a loving wife, but she prefers my face shaven. I have to shave every single day. I know for a fact that women don't shave every single day.
You're in a relationship. If you can't take the 10 minutes in the shower to make the one whom you claim to love happy, how do you think that makes him feel? How about "Nah I'm not going to work. I'll just lay in bed and get drunk, and go make me a sandwich."? How would that make you feel?
My wife comes home sometimes, and I'm just enjoying my off-time on the computer, and she'll just go off and scream at me about the few dishes in the sink. Then she'll end up on my shoulder, crying about how her boss treated her, and I'll make her know that she's useful, and talented, and how she should respond, or act, or feel about herself, until she feels better, after hours of consoling and loving. How difficult is that - compared to taking 10 minutes to shave in the shower to show your man you care at all about them?

I would have to say that I agree man-boobs are not the same as armpit hair. One thing requires a dedicated, healthy lifestyle and the other takes 5 minutes every week (or biweekly). And as you said, you wanted to chill and enjoy life, having some snacks and fun, so it doesn't seem fair to fault men for wanting the same and then getting man-boobs.
Now I am not saying that anyone is entitled to have other people change something just for their sake but everyone has the right to have a preference and that is okay too.

Lowkey, if sbdy I love would prefer me to shave my body hair every 1-2 weeks - then I'd literally do it... why not? The moment the person feels comfy with me, then I am also comfy... Even work out, sure, that might go bit far but imo, thats also not tooooooo bad - I wouldnt expect sbdy to do that for me but I'd be (semi-)fine if they did from me

It's about preferences. Do it or don't but if you don't, don't expect the other person to continue to find you attractive; both men and women.
If my wife would have taken her clothes off for the first time looking like sasquatch, there would have been a problem.
We like what we like and I don't care whether the other party believes it's a "socially constructed norm" or not; it's one that I like so they need to head on down to the spa and get bushwhacked or go find Cousin It to twirl the hair for her cause it isn't going to be me.

It's too late for me, I can't change now lol. Even if it was possible to completely reverse my western conditioning, I gotta be honest, idc to lol. If a chick legit never wants to shave her underarms its completely fine, more power to her, there's enough women on planet earth that do shave. So until my options for hairless women is gone, I'll keep my old way of thinking lol

When I first saw that video, I was ready to defend this girl, but actually Bill is right and I totally agree with him. I'm not sure if the girl who wrote it is the girl in the picture, but even if it's not, the point probably still stands. That girl goes through the trouble of fixing her eyebrows, putting makeup on, getting a haircut and, most likely, having her nails done, but, suddenly, shaving her armpits is too much work? Bullshit! He is totally right, it's obviously because of feminist reasons. However, even if it's for those reasons, it's a bit hypocritical to take care of some things but then invoke the equality argument on others. Either take care of everything, or take care of nothing. And the cherry on top of the cake is that she probably used to shave her armpits, especially when they started dating, and then stopped, which is even worse.

Why is letting our hair grow linked to feminism? If it were manly and unnatural then it wouldn’t occur naturally in ALL women. Recognize that we as a society have been manipulated into considering many things as normal. A few decades back it was said that a man with facial hair was disgusting and lazy and unprofessional. You were considered more manly if you shaved your face. Is these things true? No. People recognize this and now men are more free to wear their beards and take pride in it a lot more. Same thing with women. Both exes breath, bleed, and grow hair.

Some women think body and back hair are gross. I've shaved like stupid so that they didn't think I was repulsive. Not saying it helped, but I've literally had cuts all over my torso (cause I'm bad at shaving my torso) just to try and attract women more (specifically ones my age). I repeat it didn't fucking work cause, ya know, I didn't really care if women were attracted to me. I was just self-conscious, and I'm more confident in myself now and don't really care about my hair as much, but the point is men also put themselves through strain to look good for women. Just because we don't put the Monalisa on our face doesn't mean we're not working out, making money, or doing painful stuff to make our bodies more appealing. I hate this "burden" American women feel to look like supermodels because they always use it as an excuse. "Well, you wouldn't like me without make-up." or "I take two hours to look this good." Okay idgaf, remember you're the one who has standards if it were me I'd get a 20 dollar pizza and watch movies in pajamas.

Alright. So my feeling is if he met her and she was shaving her armpits before seeing him all of the time then once she finds out he despises the hair so much she should shave it. If she was dating him with forests under her arms then he has no right to ask her to shave now. IMO, she doesn’t wanna do it because now that she has a man she wants to be lazy. What if the man told her he just isn’t gonna care about staying in shape because it’s too much effort and he just starts going to the Golden Arches twice a day and just go off the deep end because he’s tired of eating properly.
If you are a certain way when you met your man/woman and you change whatever that is about you later, IMO it is totally within the partners right to ask you to stop whatever it is you changed.
