Susan should have called her daughter. My daughters know that I vulnerable at my age and always ask me to call and verify things like this. But come on! She withdrew the money and took it to a strip mall to deposit into a bit coin machine?! Not one little red flag went up?!
Ignorant people that don’t ask questions, names, phone numbers to call back, check directly with the bank. Or simply install a reputable Antivirus or pay (decent money), for a professional to watch after their system.

Same thing happened to my great grandmother, she lost $40,000
So sad. If only the internet would get canceled our lives would be some much more happier.
We had this same thing. They were trying to get $15,000. They are still in our computers, once again.
