mikan drill 10 makes
elbow to elbow 25 makes
quick dribble mid range 5 spots 10 makes
3 point 5spot 5 makes
10 free throws 10 swishes
one dribble pull up 4 every spot 20 makes
hesi cross pull-up 3 5 spots 50 makes
finish with 10 swished free throws

Hey coach I started out 4 days ago as a complete beginner and it took me just under 90 mins to complete now i complete it with under 40 mins its mental how much more precise I am in just 4 days this will be my new shoot8ng routine and when I'm more advanced I might add variations on these drills but for now I'm sticking with the basics 🎉❤
Coach, can you do a tutorial on proper hand placement/grip both shooting and guide hand when shooting the ball?

It’s been fun playing ball again but I realized my jump shots needed some fixing since it’s been a long time since I played consistent. I will be adding this shooting drill to my workout.

Hey coach, how much should i allow elbow flair in my shot? if it flairs, i have more power but its not straight, but if there isnt flair, then its straight without power
dont flair but when you shoot if you have no power bend your legs more
For the Hesi-Cross pull-ups, is it a hang dribble after the cross before going into the shot? Or directly into shot from the cross
Hesi then cross replace footwork then shoot

There’s a lot of dribbling drills types ( some for the control,manipulation,dribbling faster,tighter) so i think he can’t really help you on this one

how long does this take abt bc i’m 13 and didn’t make the basketball team and copied your workout but i play baseball and have siblings that play sports so i’m struggling to get a good basketball workout that also 30 minutes or so

Literally all you got to do is use your off hand , when you dribble attack towards the rim and the defender hand checks you trying to navigate you ? Use that off hand and you’ll blow by then trust me . Some defenders play without hand check they just follow you yet they attempt to steal . You can also use the off hand protection to blow by em .

I tried today with all numbers divided by 5, by myself (no rebounder), it took me 31mn
