Marriages in India have become truly a scary affair and its like signing a death trap for Husbands. There is no equal grounds, so much for liberty and gender neutrality.
Only Hindu marriages..( Hindu marriage act includes Sikhs and jains )
A real marriage in any religion is not harmful there may be some disputes arises which could not be solved by both wife and husband in that case they should be seprated out peacefully with the mutual concent of both and their parents as in a calm and capable manners no violance is required.

But why no punishment for filing a fake complaint & putting someone in jail? And why no punishment for the police officer who took the measure to arrest & harass them like a guilt for one month?

Inspite of filing a false case and not getting any punishment for it, Judges are wasting their valuable time and forgiving the women.. Which is not acceptable.. There are thousands of fake cases running in the courts across India and every one knows that 97% of them are fake, especially the DV, 498A, etc especially filed by women.
Why Courts, I mean Judges are not punishing the women filing FAKE cases ??
It is the responsibility of the police to investigate the case properly
Because we live in a society which believes that if a woman is being vengeful against a man, then he must deserve it and even if the man proves himself innocent, he must've used some trickery to do so and must not be innocent at all... So, obviously lawmakers who come from the same societal background will never want to make laws that punish women for the same...

Being a victim myself, wives are making a mockery of DV act.
I fought for 11 years to prove my innocence after two months' marriage. The girls use these laws for fraud and money extortion. I didn't give a single Paisa. My life is gone but I didn't bow to injustice.

FIR not best way to deal with marriage issues. Once Thana gets involved marriage as good as over. Some other mechanism required where lawyer, judge and police not involved.

I can only imagine the speed at which the court reporter/clerk must be typing to match up with the honourable judge's statement. Really a very tough and crucial job. Must appreciate the hard work.

Stenos actually use a technique called short hand which the use of symbols to make note of statement. This makes it easy for them take down big statements in small format.
They are called stenographers.. They have techniques proper training

Judge has the prior wisdom and understanding of how these cases (just exempting lawyers I have nothing against them) - attempt the contempt law with a free hand, while the chain of cases are being persistent even though the judgements are made on prior cases. Point to be noted your honour!

Court has ruined my life by attaching my property. My wife has filed a fake case in 2017 and without investigation, the court has ordered to attach my property. This property was bought by doing job in abroad for long time and it’s a hard-earned money. The court doesn’t show any sympathy and order in favor of my wife. I don’t know what kind of world we are living, where there is no hope for justice.

I knew a friend who was having tough time with her husband, and both wanted divorce. They had no issues, and the husband was prepared to give her ex-gratia. Entered the girl's lawyer and suggested she file 498A with semi-fabricated charge to gain leverage against her husband and get more and also continual alimony. What was to be an amicable case is running for 4 years now with both families spend fortune for the case. My friend will not get anything now that their relationship is bitter, and the husband has lost half of his fortune already for the case. My friend has become a manic now and my repeated request to settle outside court has fallen in deaf ears. The husband too is not ready to budge and resorting to dirty tactic to prove wife's infidelity.
Moral of the story: Don't fall for the bait by the lawyers. Indian judicial system is overburdened drowning in cases. You don't want to drown yourself in this. Many lawyers are just vampires sucking had earned money.
Your friend destroyed a productive citizen life.

We MEN have 0 laws to protect us from the venomized hyenas called Wives specially when most of Marriages in India happens to be Arranged Marraiges. Don't get married until we have Men protection laws Bruvs.
