Dude are you okay? If you're asking this for yourself then please talk to someone. Get some help and don't think about ending your life. Talk to your friends. We men usually don't have anyone to talk to and nobody cares about our mental health as well. If you want to get divorce and slowly shift all properties from your name to your family whom you trust and have nothing in your name. Also if she threatens you or does something then quietly go to the police station and give an application that she's blackmailing you and you are fed up with her. This way if you get divorce or she puts some case on you, you can use that application.

Without proper investigation, the pure assumption with prior bias is not expected from Judiciary. This Judge should correct his action or may face legal issues. Also, the defendant's lawyer is doing poor work. The wife is not God, so how will she know how her husband died if she is not present at the scene(if she is present ? If death is not natural, what was she doing). The sequence of events must be examined to come to any conclusion.

He's saying since wife was at home, she should be the culprit even though it was a joint family household with multiple members in the house. No logic. Judges are not Gods.
