    Thanks Alice, loving the different pose sequences! Just finding you are getting quite quick through the breathing so am ending up rushing and not getting such good holds during the vacuum

      Hi Jo, sorry that's me trying to shorten the breath hold with the harder poses to make them more manageable! Hopefully most of the breathwork timings in the series have worked for you 💙

    Hi Alice, I've been dealing w a prolapse bladder for many years. December 2022 I had a cystocele repair. It failed within two months and I was referred to a pelvicfloor therapist which has been very good. While searching for more strength options, I came upon hypopressives and you! I love your Reset Series and am hoping that you'll offer more classes once this series is over. Would love more info. I'm feeling stronger, thanks. Gwyn
