Each extra battery should be universal for the whole DELTA range and compatible for all DELTA Power Stations from the smallest to the largest.
Exactly!
I don't know what is with this company but I ordered a battery that comes with a transfer switch box and a cable to attach battery to box!
They don't have any cables! They don't know when I will be getting a cable!
When will you stop putting items that you are selling that don't have all the parts!
Where is my cable????????????????
no they should have multiple different plug types and when you order a battery or cable you get a random selection of connector type
Hi there! We are sorry to hear that and apologize for all the inconvenience this matter has caused. Have you reached out to our support team yet? If not, please contact support@ecoflow.com for further assistance. If you have contacted them already, could you please provide your CRM Case ID? that capacity and solar input numbers are really really good
, lets hope the price isnt crazy lol
4k per delta pro 3. EB is 3k.đ
I was researching boondocking system for my upcoming Rv purchase. I now will probably outfit the solar panels on the Rv and then utilize this system with a smart generator and extra battery to run everything on my Rv then adapt the system as my whole home backup system. I am real excited to explore all the capabilities of this system!
Having connections on 3 different sides makes this a nightmare to install in a van. Canât you have all the connections on one face so it can be fitted and the connections routed neatly? Would be nice if there points to secure the unit down for install in a van or boat. A strap through the handles will interfere with the connections.
Hi @danielford2473 the PowerKit solution would be a better call for your application
This is because the design takes into account the layout of internal modules and wiring, requiring sufficient space on the front to output in a common way. The goal is to make the device more portable and convenient to use.
I wanna know more about this dual fuel, smart generator 4000, I canât find any documentation anywhere on this.
google "ecoflow gas generator"
All I can do is look at these longingly and wish that I could afford one.
I wish you guys at EcoFlow would consider offering a senior citizen discount.
Don't forget there is a sizable tax deduction for battery units over 3kWh capacity! Check with your financial adviser.
Thank you for your support and suggestion. We will be sure to pass this along. We also have ongoing promotions, and you can contact our support team details.support@ecoflow.com for more details.
I like everything about it,tjoooooo!!!!
*Wait a Minute ! WHERE'S THE 12 VOLT DC CIGARETTE LIGHTER OUTPUT SOCKET ?*
Nowhere to be found, just like on the Delta Pro Ultra
Yeah. They are dumping those connections on these larger units.
Why in the world would you want that for a unit this size? Same thing for the 12-volt router/modem connection.. it's useless in my opinion.
Just use an 'Anderson Powerpole to 12v cigarette" adapter if you really need a 12v socket đ
The low voltage PV input port also functions as the car input port. Thank you for pointing this out.
Hey EcoFlow. I've received a number of requests from EF users and my audience to evaluate the Delta Pro 3 on my channel. Since I've recently purchased a Delta Pro, it would be a good opportunity to compare the two units and show what's different under the hood. Please reach out to me should you be interested.
Techman
Techman! Love you channel! I agree - would be great to see a side-by-side comparison.
I am definitely interested!
@@brucemorrison1279 Thanks bud. Shame EcoFlow don't respond! I've emailed them too - no reply!
Nice i like this
That looks great, just wondering if it has a proper transfer switch built-in (i.e. 30 amp) so I can use it always connected to my home for emergencies through the generator inlet. That was the biggest thing missing from the delta pro IMO.
Why haven't you used 90 degree connectors for the batteries...?
I was thinking the same thing. So clean of an install in the EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra... they should have followed the same design for connecting the extra batteries.
They DO use 90-degree connectors for the batteries.
@@outerbounder they do. I wished the connection between units/battery was less bulky. They did an amazing job with how the Delta Pro Ultra connects.
Praying the price isnât crazy when the uk version is released when is it being announced and what plugs do we get as we only need 240v
I hope it is not too expensive.đą
battery lfp prices down a lot in a year
shood not be mutch more exspensive I would guess
bigger bang for buck getting rack mount batteries and a sized inverter. although there is convenience in an all-in-one package, the delta (no pun intended) in cost is almost not worth it. 5kwh batt + 6kw inverter is ~$2600. adding an extra 5kwh is $1200. would guess the delta pro 3 lands around minimum $3999 msrp and provides "only" 4kwh in comparison
@@jasenhenry Can you recommend some model names please for the battery and inverter?
When do the Chinese tariffs start? Isn't it going to be 30% more expensive soon for panels and batteries made in china?
@@assortedmountainlife ruixu for batteries and eg4 for both batteries/inverters are what the kids are buying these days
Great đđ đđđ
When will the 240V for Europe version be available?
The 240V versions for Europe should be available with the new products introduction.
Is this able to be used in an always on-scenario? i.e. Can I use this as a 24/7 UPS and run my entire smart home network stack through it so that I can always keep everything up and running due to seasonal storm outages and/or local grid flucuations which cause power to blip for 1-2s?
Looks great. I do wish you kept the same sleek connection cable from device to battery like you did in the ultra model. 113 lbs might be a bit much maybe 70-80 would work better for me but I would probably get the ultra instead. Love what you're doing though. Great job!
3.6kwh to 4kwh "Huge Jump".. Yeah okay Pal đđ€Ł
Finally... 240v split phase. I'm in for 1.
Iâm curious what will look like the EU version face panel considering in this region nobody needs a second 120v inverter and we already had a 240v one in Delta Pro 1.
Please stay tuned for more updates in the future.
Yes, but how loud are the fans and at what output levels?
I sold my old delta pros because I couldnât stand the fan noise.
Also, do two DP3s balance each other out if connected to the 50 volt hub? Does the communication cable take care of that? Or is that communication port only for the smart home panel 2?
Does this have pass through charging? Is the 240 output power UPS?
Nice đ
Super pro đđđđ
Isn't the solar charging cable included? Really?
New product, same mistake.
Change the solar charging connectors to MC4 with a hard switch like the EcoFlow DELTA Pro Ultra has,
and no one will complain about a mistake with an undelivered solar charging cable.
The solar input ports are xt-60i (at least one of them) which is pretty universal and you can get anywhere and at the length you desire. If you're looking at a unit like this and you don't have any familiarity with the solar input cables I think you should be looking elsewhere.
@@phakeAccount I know the xt-60i, the comment was about that for me it is a mistake not to put the cable from the xt-60i to the MC4 for solar charging in the package of the Power Station. Ecoflow wants to push users to buy this cable separately or buy their solar panels with this cable and for me this reason I don't buy their solar panels.
@@tiborchren why would you buy their solar panels anyway? They're extremely overpriced and any solar panels will do as long as you stay within the voltage limits. You need about 24 x100 w panels to achieve the maximum input I certainly wouldn't buy those from ecoflow.
Is it compatible with the 800w alterator charger?
Ecoflow should add an option so that the AC output automatically turns on when it senses a loss of AC input power. That way we donât have to waste the energy for keeping the inverter running when using as a backup.
Any chance the extra batteries have any ports for charging like the competitors have?
when will be in Australia available ?
Please stay tuned for more updates in the future.
"4096 Wh which is a huge jump from the 3600 Wh". No. I strongly disagree with the choice of word "huge". I applaud delivering higher watt hours in a newer model. However, when the calculation to determine 3600 Wh isn't defined and the 4096 Wh isn't shown with the same calculation, how can you say "huge" with a straight face? A test result with similar variance, in some cases, can almost be factored as + or - X % variance depending on how a test is conducted. To give context, we are talking about ~12% more energy storage using purely 3600 Wh vs 4096 Wh numbers. The reason I am being picky here is to encourage singularly HIGHLIGHTING all the other positive features in the product. If it truly is "whisper quiet" in charging or discharging (as I've heard Ultra is), then that should be focused on as the reason for being larger, heavier, bulkier, than Delta Pro. 240v support from a single unit is "huge". Extended battery support from unit half the size of primary unit is "huge". Charge rate of 80% to full in an hour is "huge". Price unknown, those four "huge" improvements make me want to add to
eplace my delta Pro. BTW, still super interested in the guts of this thing... The Delta Pro Ultra deep dive and original Delta Pro tear downs are so pleasing on an engineering level.
Personally, I think the ultra is better and Iâm probably just gonna buy the Delta Pro older version. I can get it for way cheaper and I agree with you. He said itâs a huge improvement in the wattage. Itâs only 400 W. I did my math right and I did.
Why the bulky cord like the Anker?
When will this be available in the EU-Shop?
Is the 240v outlet enabled while charging from 120v like the ultra?
Am also curious
Will the delta pro 1 extra battery be compatible with it ?
Yep
Most excited about:
50A - RV capability
Stackable batteries
Q: Can it be charged with the 800W DC-to-DC charger efficiently and effectively?
PowerStream works with the DP3 ? Dont see the normal connection port ?
How's the power switch speed? Can it replace the UPS I currently am having to pair with the Delta Pro?
Canadian here. Whatâs the best $/kwh on the market today for a whole house UPS system? Ecoflow? Tesla? Something else??
definitely neither of those two "highly consumer" products. you'll have to piece it together yourself but you can probably get 2x the performance per dollar doing it yourself.
@@assortedmountainlife but, (Seinfeld voice) I donât wanna piece it together myself! I ainât a DIY guy, Iâm a turnkey solution customerâŠ
@@_misterwilly Come on, man, you're gonna be the first solar DIYer! They're already stocking the shelves under the condition that you're going to talk about your setup on The Tonight Show!
Could this be adapted to an RV trailer or would you recommend another setup!?
So, at 12 volts, this would be about 341 amp hours!?
Could you attach this delta pro 3 and the delta pro ultra to the same power wall at the same time
â€â€ When will EU/UK be available?
Please stay tuned for more updates in the future.
@@EcoFlowTech Are we UK yet?
Can you power a 220v device while wall charging this with 110v? Would it cause any issue? Thanks.
Finally 90 degree connectors for the extra battery cables, but why are the cables so long?
Will shorter ones be available for purchase?
Are these new extra battery cables compatible with the DELTA Pro Power Station?
Are the DELTA Pro 3 extra batteries compatible with the older DELTA Pro Power Station?
Conversely, is the DELTA Pro 3 Power Station compatible with older DELTA Pro extra batteries?
Why does the extra battery still not have independent AC and Solar charging and independent DC outputs?
You are never going to get any answers!
Can alternator charger work with DP3 ?
Can I buy one of these and connect it along with my existing Delta Pro for 240V and ~7200W? Or do I need two Delta Pro 3 or two Delta Pro?
Are you looking to purchase a Double Voltage Hub? If you want to connect it to your existing DELTA Pro, I would recommend purchasing an additional DELTA Pro and connecting it to the DVH.
@@EcoFlowTech Yes, I would need the double voltage hub. Just wanting to know if I can mix and match old and new Delta Pro or they both need to be the same model to use the hub.
When do we get one for europe ?
Me wantttttt!
can i disable the wifi/bluetooth i dont mean just hiding the decide in the bluetooth menu i mean fully disable all RF signal output ?
If you have 2 extra batteries connected... where did you connect a power-stream?
4x 220V output-ports... are each separately controled and can be switch on/off? What about the fans... are them now temperature controlled and much noise reduced that the old one's in a delta pro? Nothing learned to a new product!?
The AC unit comes with a switch that allows you to toggle between 120V and 240V power. Super convenient! đ
Hi is available a pv priority mode like bluetti? Id like use pv while is plugged into grid but without drain power from the grid. Thks
I canât wait till these can ship to Hawaii
just get ground service it's cheaper
Can the delta pro 3 use the backup battery from the delta pro 1 ?
You can now update your firmware to the latest version. Hereâs whatâs new:
Support for DP EB
Lower standby power consumption
Fixed some logic bugs in photovoltaic charging
Enjoy the new features and improvements! đ
Where's the 30amp outlet on the Delta Max 3? Hope it's there next go around!
Delta 2 stacks just fine. The only problem I have is this massive cord that doesn't bend much. So it looks ugly, it takes space. I was hoping there are will be new straight connectors or just nice straight cable that allow to connect extra battery almost invisibly.
we NEED this in the Philippines. please make it easily available
EcoFlow NEEDS to market more in the phillipines.....MASSIVE MASSIVE opportunity in tht country bcoz of poor power supply.
4:25
left is 1600 watts and right is 1000 watts
i am confused
how do you calculate this?
What do you mean calculate? The high voltage solar input (up to 150v) takes up to 1600w, while the low voltage solar input (up to 60v) takes up to 1000w of solar. Total is 2600w solar input. But be careful not to go over the voltages, or you could destroy the battery.
Does it work with the alternator charger?
You need the Delta Pro to x150 adaptor.
I have an older model and don't like the limitations of charging the unit with AC (with a generator) while using the output. Your limited to the AC input. I think I saw another video where this is corrected so your AC output is not limited to the AC input (pass through). And, I also hope my older DP extra batteries will work with this new unit as well. Also wondering what the parasitic loss (stand by power) is with the inverter on, not using the output. Seems like my old one drains pretty fast with the inverter on with no load.
There was a Delta pro 2?
wow
is a 50A RV plug too much to hope for?
WcoFlow just can't get the battery cables more compact. I would have thought by now they would have remedied this. Also wondering is AC charging turns off all the front ports...bad!
Why haven't you used connectors like you use on the Ultra for the batteries? if the cables go out to the side, you need more space, unnecessarily.
From the looks of it, the storage compartment for the connection cable in the additional batteries has unfortunately been omitted.
Let's see if the part makes it to Europe. The Ultra is not available here either.
There is also no indication as to whether the device will work with the Powerstream or whether a suitable hybrid inverter will be available.
Then again, only two expansion ports. More ports or at least a hub would be useful here.
However, I would prefer daisy chain for the additional batteries. Then one port for the generator and one for a hybrid inverter.
I noticed there was no mention of the price and I hope itâs going to be shipped to the UK đŹđ§ at the same time as US.
Also no mention of phone app thatâs going to be a pain if itâs not.
Amazing, simply Amazing
Thank you! Cheers!
Would be nice to be able to adjust charging speeds without using an app. I don't have wifi or cell phone signal where I have my cabin. Really sucks just having slow or fast speeds.
It is impressive, sleek and looks good. The wider wheel base is good, but I'm sorry, those wheels are only good for pulling it around on a hard and smooth surface. For something that is also intended for outdoors, I honestly think it should come with or have a pneumatic wheel upgrade option. Even pulling it across a tarmac (asphalt) road introduces unnecessary vibrations which a pneumatic wheel would help to absorb. Those wheels are utterly useless even on a wet, soggy grass campground as they will sink. Even worse on gravel. That means that to transport this hefty power bank will require carrying around a more appropriate cart of some kind, which means more things to carry in the back of a car. Looks are important, but let's have more attention to function over aesthetics.
If itâs not backwards compatible with the original delta pro and or batteries Iâm going to just stick to adding more to that system
It's compatible with the DP gen 1 batteries.
@@Jasonoidthen I may just pick one up! Thanks for the information
@@Jasonoid What about the delta pro itself? Can I connect a DP3 and DP1 for 240V at 7200W? Or does it need to be two DP3 or two DP1 together with their identical pairs?
You changed shoes so fast just to put it in wagon mode. That's speed.
YES!! The EcoFlow Delta Pro 3 is super super amazing!! I love every single upgrade from design to game-changing features. As usual, the engineers were spot on with revisions of the original Delta Pro, listened to some of the customer's feedback, and hit the mark perfectly. Congratulations and keep up the superior work!
In comparison what's "game changing" about it?
Iâll stick to my Delta Ultra Pro 96 kw hours capability đ„

Oh, it only takes one battery. Besides the Delta pro 3 and it only gives up 4000 W, and you could hook the ribbon together to give up 12000 W. Where does it cut into 14200 W? They're on just to critical loads in anybody's house. That can go off at any time, no matter what. And that doesn't even include the Is furnace for wintertime. And one other thing, it should be able to take up more than 1 battery and price to take up more than 2 batteries.A price should take up to at least four batteries.
No, it takes up to two extra batteries.

I JUST WANT A 240V INVERTER INSTEAD OF 120V THATS IT WHY IS SO HARD??!?!!?and the uk plugs the universal plugs on a delta mini, delta 2 and delta max the smaller size ones please
Basically I live in a 240v country so I want 240v but I want the smaller units not ecoflow delta pro ultra 240v spilt phase ok I want normal outlets to be 240v like I want to see delta 2 for example WITH 240v and of course the ac input 240v AND the universal plugs the same as in the uk please ecoflow no joke đąđąđą
I DONT LINK THE CABLES FOR THE EXTENDED BATTERY.......After giving perfect cables on ULTRA why step backwards........low profile cables are required......ur designers missed BIG for this feature. Otherwise everything else is cool
If the available space for storage isnât tall enough for stacking (but is suitable for side by side) you may appreciate the new cable. But I agree, stacking is better. Really they should offer both.
@@criticalhadlock886 Thts a good point to allow the side by side stacking, but tht may cause additional issues if u note how the cable falls.......may be they shouls offer low profile cables as an option for sure.

Extra battery connection is not as pretty as the ultra.
I think the ultra is better
Hey guys, Pastor Fred here in Rockwood TN. I have recently moved into an RV temporarily. I will be moving up to property I have, once I gain access. There is no power up there, and my design for the interim has always been a Delta Pro, solar charged. I love that you are continually expanded the larger units, as eventually I will have not only the RV for guests, but a 3 bedroom cabin I will be powering by solar only. If the advances continue, I will not have to invest in other units, just stick with the ECOFLOW Delta series!!! Awesome!!
EcoFlow DELTA Pro 3? Where EcoFlow DELTA Pro 2
The Delta Pro ULTRA was originally named Delta Pro 2, then changed for marketing - why they've gone (apparently) straight to 3
I think the ultra is a better unit 7200 W hours And a much bigger inverter
Damn, bought my Delta Pro 2 about a year ago and this makes it look awful (The new one is so much better), and it was a pretty big investment too.
It must have a 240v like the anker
Nothing specialâŠ.
Fancy like an expensive sports car , extremely expensive like one tooâŠ.
Once again. Too much fuss for nothing. For external use ok I can see some use cases. But for home backup⊠nuh. I wasted 10K of my money on deltas. Not again. Small inverter and high price per KWh. Get a decent hybrid inverter guys.
Why do you keep on swinging your head left and right when you talk? Is someone shining a light in your eyes and you keep on deflecting away from it on either side?
Eco flow is garbage. Iâve been dealing with them for months to get a refund. Stay as far away from this company as you can.
