Thank you so much for all the hard work this will have taken. 👍 Your guide videos are always explained step by step, superb quality and great to send people to for reference
hi great video thanks for the info and thanks for sharing, maybe you are having a problem driving through 2 boxes at the same time its messing you up? maybe! lol 👍🏁💜 (heart me)
It makes sense if you think about the fact that sows usually don't give birth to just one piglet. They can have many piglets. If even just five of the original twenty pigs give birth to four piglets each that's twenty new pigs. Considering that all twenty will eventually give birth to between one and ten(?) AND do it two to three times a year it's no wonder MrSealyp is getting so many pigs.
If player plans to run a large hog operation, it is best to use 12+ day seasons to manage births. Using reduced quality feed to slow down reproduction is a bad idea as you lose profit to time and efficiency
@@markhackett2302 Hence, yet another reason to use longer season periods. This is also a subsidiary (not primary as their can be calculation errors and even crashes) reason, Realismus Modding recommended not accelerating time past 5000x on PC, but the same concept applies for console although this cannot be done without hacking the game code on the console itself, again not recommended. Additionally, there are many reasons why FS19 Seasons does not default to three day seasons. It is not arbitrary.
So long story short. At small pen I need 8 breeders and sell new pigs when they weight about 300 pounds. At big pen I need about 25 breeders. Am I right?
the other thing you should check is take younger and older females to see if the older pigs have more piglets per pig because we will normally get more from the older females
@mrsealyp I’m going to make a video extending what you’ve done and narrowing in on exactly how much $$ pigs make you. I’d like your permission, I’m not a CZcamsr AT ALL! No monetizing nothing like that. Just think it’s be useful and fun to figure it all out. I’m on pc so it offers a lot more options
There is a reason this exists, and it is not for convenience. Spacing effects tree growth maturity. Watch Farmer Kleins FS19 Seasons guide on saplings. You may learn that being a lumberjack requires extensive planning and experience.
Hello again mr sealy p sorry to bother you again but wonder if you can help when I play on my fs game I can’t see the tractor symbol in the top left corner properly and not sure what settings I need to go on
@@jamesrooms7945 if it's not the TV I think their is settings for xbox and I'd assume ps4 as well that let's you change screen size but have a look in your console setting menu and maybe try googleing or utube and see what you can find
Well it looks like Pig rearing is going to be Maddening. Wouldn't have been easier to use one breed type with full on feeding and straw, another pen without the straw? So it was not so overwhelming. Looks like you have found Season's first troubling Glitch. I do not like that the menu shows only the birthed and not the Sows. And that you have to go to the main buy point to sort it out. That needs fixing. I cannot believe the births ... a bit too much. But if you figure 30-33 piglets per Sow.... and at least 3 birthing's per Sow. That's 100 piglets per.... WOW
This getting very irritating, it's winter for me and hasn't rained since begin summer, 4% still, 1 has already been 'harvested' for some reason, all the fields are at greenish color, but I think every one of them isn't going to grow and needing to wait 15minutes for a day to go by, why isn't x5000 a thing apart from sleeping
In all seriousness. I cant thank you enough MrSealyP! So much hard work and dedication!
I don’t know how 9 ppl disliked this video . All of yours stuff is quality ! Love

Thank you for making sense of the pigs. I rarely do them, but I think I might give them a go.
I think your trigger wasn't working because the trailer was over two triggers at the same time. Thank you for another informative and excellent video!
I thought exactly the same.

Good video. LOL. I ran into the same pig issue of so many. 150 is nearing a 1000 and I had to buy two more large farms on Sussex.
Great video MrSealyP, I've just gone past 12 months on Seasons, my 30 spotted pigs have bred 302 !!
So the numbers you said seem to be right.
At the rate they reproduce
....paying for a trailer would take no time at all

I'm on Sussex farms and did 50 Yorkshires the pen is good for 500 pigs! Looks like I will be busy!
the return of the flying pig

Anyone else hungry seeing all this Bacon in the makin!
Not really, i don't like my bacon stuffed in a too small area
@@MrRabbiTricky With that name I'm surprised you like bacon at all. :P
@@mrnickless Well, that's where the 'tricky' part comes in ;)
What map are you using for your test Mr. Sealy P?
MAybe the pig trailer didn't work because your truck was on the Feed box. So that overrides the animal laoding box.
Exactly my thoughts....
Did you use a saved map?

How much did the pig food cost you for that 11 months?
MrSealyp cheers pal really appreciated the response look forward to more of your videos.

So you don’t need males to help breed females???
Correct, they are artificially inseminated.
The ones that say young is male and the mature is female
