Similar problem with my 2001 f250 super duty - started out as occasional guage outage, 10a mini fuse would blow, then everytime moved shifter guages would die. Turned out to be short due to pinched wires at base of shifter. Bought new oem shifter, problem solved. Thanks bud.
3:02 😂 nice vid bro my dads truck has same issue minus the pedal for throttle. He broke his overdrive handle and lost most of his gauges(oil, voltage, rpm’s, speedometer etc) gonna check the fuse and replace gear selector and overdrive buttons completely. Thanks!
I had that same exact issue and it was my number 8 fuse kept blowing. My tail lights wouldn't work and my running lights wouldn't work along with my gauge cluster lights and what not it made driving at night not possible because I had no running tail lights.
I pulled my headlights apart and noticed a wire was chafed on one of my Turn signals after pulling the headlights out. they run the wires threw the metal core support. I would highly suggest Is looking for any chafed wires.
Mine does the same thing, except it doesn't blow the fuse, and the only way to get it to stop is for me to reach under the dash and jiggle the wiring harness lol

Old and mew sensors read good on the multi meter, but still no speedometer and the overdrive light is still flashing. I don't what to do next

The column plastics? It's 3 screws. Just be careful not to break the old brittle plastic.

Exactly what was wrong with my 7.3 told it was my pcm and I bought a new one and turned out it was the small fuse and the shift selector

@@nicholasbourgeois6131 check your fuses also, there is a dimmer switch to the left of the cluster that could be turned down or broken.
