Rich you are not wrong these chryslers have alot of problems when it comes to there electrical i love the chryslers tho thats all i own i am like chuck i can find a electrical problem and fix it in a few hours or mins.
Hello Rich: Another terrific diagnosis & repair sir. I don’t know where the replacement drive train module came from but BROTHER YOU & THE CUSTOMER STRUCK GOLD. Here in N.J. getting parts, fluids, etc is like pulling teeth. Would you believe that a qt of Dextron 6 costs beteww $40.00 & $ 50.00 at the parts stores, TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT 🤔. I just received 2 cases from Amazon, Rich this sh_ t is out of control. Know wonder you don’t have much hair on your head. Rich I can't believe that the auto parts stores in my area that I've done business with for over 60 years have forced me to use Amazon. The attitudes you must deal with on a continuous basis are mind bogging. At my age that will be the day when I must kiss somebody's butt to take my money. God Bless, & stay safe, TMP from N.J.
My Jeep has an old column shifter. They have worked for 75 years. Why make something complex that doesn't need to be complex? Go back to a regular floor shifter and linkage.
Hey Rich newer fords like a 19 expedition 3.5, can they throw a wrench light for a check engine issue or is the wrench light only drivetrain or battery related? I got a customer he says the transmission is shifting weird and the wrench light is on, however there’s no codes in the trans or transfer case but there is codes in the pcm for bank 2 cam timing. You think the engine light and wrench light are related or could it be something different that just isn’t throwing a code yet?
Rich is The Man, again. I apologize for asking here. On a 2019 Escape does the electric parking brake automatically apply when the trans is shifted to Park and the vehicle is shut off? A customer is complaining of a "nasty noise and jerk" wheh she "sometimes" shifts from Park to Reverse after startng the engine in the morning. The way she describes things it seems like a parking brake hasn't fully released. Transaxle is a 6F35 and I don't think that the issue is with the trans.

The wrench usually means it's time for an oil change because it's due....it's a maintenance light
Most of the time a service needs to be done but there should be a code with it
Do you folks trade(so to speak) vehicles/customers to different shops that you know are more experienced with a particular make/model of vehicle?
