Safe flying as a passenger with beautiful gorgeous female pilots up front at the flightdeck, greatly inspired.

I must say well done to these great women. Women clearly can go as high as men but it really makes me wonder why some give up as soon as they have families. Parenting is for both parents not just mothers so both parents can take turns at looking after kids while the other is at work.
Also Zimbabweans/Africans don't seem to realise this; if you want to chase your career uninterrupted there is no shame in being single whether you are male or female. I have heard some people say silly things like "it's a sin" but even though I am not religious it should be clear someone who is that Jesus himself was single and was not burnt for it.
Good luck to those aiming for greatness.

Well said my Brother. Some people are easily brainwashed into following the crowd. Rather than aim higher in life and be successful in their careers. Don't take your light and hide it. Put it high and let it shines. Well done Ladies.

But why must women's career paths ALWAYS be related back to reproduction? No man feels the need to explain how he fits his flying career around his CHILDREN... In fairness, this seems to come as much from the women themselves as the reporters....... Please, let's have a woman in any "male-dominated" world talk about her career progress without referring to her CHILDREN!
