There's a new chocolatier 🍫 in downtown Wendell ?! I wonder if they're similar to Haritees , in that Harris Teeter shopping center , on Glenwood Av. , inside the Beltline , at Oberlin Rd. ( That is , IF THEY'RE STILL THERE ? The last time I was there , was 10 years ago 😞 . Bummer 😞 . ) I'll have to go try them out , when I move back to Raleigh , in the next couple of years ! CHRIS , I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY CHOCOLATE 🍫 !
Not much changes in NC. We’ve already had these agreements for years. The big change is agents will not be able to show a property to any client without an agency agreement signed.
Chapel Hill is great. Definitely NOT underrated. The only issue is it is on the Western side of the triangle, so traffic is difficult when trying to get over to the eastern side of the Triangle, plus the taxes are on the high side compared to the rest of the area, but otherwise, it is a very very nice city.
If this list was 6 or 7, Zebulon would probably be on there. It definitely has a bright future and is still a very good value, it will take a few years to grow.

I just need Whole Foods to put a store in eastern Wake County between Wake Forest, Rolesville, and Knightdale.
Would be nice. Also a Trader Joe’s in WF would be nice.

How are you guys going to structure as Buyer Agents now? Are you going to charge 1, 2, 3%, a specific set amount?? Any thoughts yet? Curious.
