Those black mats make wonderful outdoor rugs. Rustoleum 2X spray paint holds up outdoors, and you can use stencils for designs, as well as permanent markers.

The only worries with permanent markers is the color fades rather quickly from the sun, and with rug being so absorbent it might take more markers than one would anticipate.

I usually use Rustoleum clear coat over markers, which I don't use for large designs.

All of these rugs look Beautiful! Adding a nonskid carpet backing to the indoor rugs will help to make them safer. Several sizes are available. It’s fairly cheap at the hardware stores or online. And it can be cut to fit your rugs. Thanks again for sharing 🙏

Every one of these rug diys were exceptional. I love how they all came out. I have to admit my favorite ones were the oval jute rug and the one you used for a toilet paper holder. I’m Definitely Going to make both of these. Who knew you could use a rug to make such beautiful things out of them and so easy to do. And if you want to splurge a little the FiveBelow store has a nice selection of rugs as well. You can find the burlap at Walmart in the craft section or Michaels. I’m looking forward to your next video to see what you come up with next!

I love the dog bed. I'm thinking if you used velcro to close up the last side it could be taken off and washed. I don't have any dogs anymore 😥 but my cats would love this bed. I've only watched the first project so far, but just had to comment how much I love it! Now, if I could just find the rugs 🤨

Those were also my favorites h plan on making them very soon. Thinking oval rope might be of diff shades of tan to brown instead of just one color. Can u tell me approx footage of rope?.
