Chicken Cheesesteak on the Vevor 36" propane griddle

  • Last night I made a couple chicken cheesesteak sandwiches. I used chicken thighs that I cut up ahead of time on 6oz portions. Seasoned 1 portion with Shake That by @TheFlatTopKing and the other with Holy Voodoo by @MeatChurchBBQ . The sandwich with Holy Voodoo had bacon on it. Onions seasoned with Shake That. Rolls were Amoroso's club size Italian rolls. So super tasty!!
