Dear Mr. Will Guidara,
Congratulations on reaching a globally recognizable pinnacle in bringing memorable moments for people visiting your restaurants by serving them the best experience, and you having taken the decision to extend the time lines from 3 hours of hospitality to 3 days in your endeavor to make them get to an ecstasy and feel great as they would receive your services. And, I would like to submit the following in connection with how we could put an effort to make people to step out as different individuals for the rest of their lives after their experience with you:
1. As you are aware, coal, graphite and diamond are all made of carbon and the only difference is their structural arrangement and it is only temperature, pressure and time that would bring the change in their nature - what if, you bring such light to make individuals understand that each one of them is a diamond in the first place, and we could reflect the possibilities that they are born with post experiencing such oasis.
2. Mahatma Gandhiji’s saying about the customer
“A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider of our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so.”
And, the oasis would go one step ahead in making individuals one with the universe. As, we are providing an opportunity to exhibit their true potential that we are all born with.
3. Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual are the planes on which there is always scope for improvement and there is method how we could structure the same in 3 days. Actually, the platform would bring an opportunity for individuals to understand the same very clearly.
4. Just see, how Lord Buddha by just sitting quietly doing nothing could realize enlightenment and even today when we see a statue of him could get ourselves to peace within in no time. Imagine, if the world is showcased with people to have tasted the nectar of their diamond hood that they have within.
I was having a wish to make individuals to realize their universal potential (to be shown to them) by making them to rate them selves before and after they visiting the dream oasis that would make it possible. And, this oasis is just a mirror reflecting them to their true nature.
And, in order to achieve such goal, one need to be a good host and no one would be better than you for this task as the world has already recognized you for it, and now, I have realized that the base of the pyramid of the oasis is possible with you to create one.

I work for crappy leader's, but I feel stuck because I'm trying to clear up this debt.
This is only for a season and you can get a great viewpoint of what you will do, at the end of this season, to not replicate their behavior, but to lead from wherever you are at the new opportunity.
