- Manual treadmills fans, we have a fun and intense 20-minute manual interval treadmill session for you! In this workout, you’ll work on building cardio strength and endurance through longer work intervals and minimal rest. Finish off with some heavy resistance sled pushes that will set in that lower body burn and sear tons of calories! This workout is walking only, so perfect for beginner exercisers, but you can always make it more advanced by increasing your intensity or resistance.
