Thank you! Have spina bifeda and prosthetic leg. My body was not made for running. 😁 I can't be heavy its painful. This helps so much with that pain. Important for me to move. Obviously have to modify this. I do it 5xs week love it. This means so much to me I know this video word for word lmao 🤣 Thank you Sam!❤ Also walk with my dog 3 xs a day 1 mile each time.

Just starting rowing again after doing it for 6 weeks at the end of the Covid shutdown. It's a great workout! I am a few years older now, (66) but amazed I can still do it and pretty much keep up!

Is there an exercise on rowing that you can do for obliques
Absolutely! While rowing primarily targets your back and legs, you can engage your obliques by incorporating some rotational movements. First of all, this is the first video I l found so far that begins with a floor warm up! I’ve been doing the same warm up exercises prior to the other videos by recommendation of my PT. This is a really nice workout! Challenging yet not overkill!

Do you think you can do a low impact for asthmatics? I tried doing this work out but 4 minutes in and my breathing was so bad. I loved the workout though and im sweating like crazy. ❤❤❤
