    Thank you! Have spina bifeda and prosthetic leg. My body was not made for running. 😁 I can't be heavy its painful. This helps so much with that pain. Important for me to move. Obviously have to modify this. I do it 5xs week love it. This means so much to me I know this video word for word lmao 🤣 Thank you Sam!❤ Also walk with my dog 3 xs a day 1 mile each time.

    Just starting rowing again after doing it for 6 weeks at the end of the Covid shutdown. It's a great workout! I am a few years older now, (66) but amazed I can still do it and pretty much keep up!

    First of all, this is the first video I l found so far that begins with a floor warm up! I’ve been doing the same warm up exercises prior to the other videos by recommendation of my PT. This is a really nice workout! Challenging yet not overkill!

    Do you think you can do a low impact for asthmatics? I tried doing this work out but 4 minutes in and my breathing was so bad. I loved the workout though and im sweating like crazy. ❤❤❤
