Rich’s OJ line might be his greatest quip ever! Well done sir.
"On that day, it went better for OJ." 😂🤣😂
You should review last years pre season/post draft "whats more likelys" and see how Rich did
That's a great idea. They'd never do it though haha.
They should review all the what's more likelies at some point. Otherwise it's all bluster
He was right 47% of the time, wrong 38% of the time, and 15% grey area. That's as of last fall WHEN THEY ACTUALLY DID THIS RESEARCH.
The most likely thing to happen in the NFL, is how incredulous it is to have Hacket run the entire Jets offense and after a 5-12 season, everyone questions how it was allowed.
He's Aaron's buddy and the Jets decided to bend over backwards to cater to Aaron. That's why Tim Boyle and Randall Cobb wasted valuable roster spots last season too. At least Aaron let the Jets get rid of them.
Hackett is actually an offensive assistant, Rodgers is our actual OC😉
@@devonbryant8189 So 3 wins then

Damn, Rich was takng shots from everywhere 🎯☄️
Rich: "I've seen the Knicks in the NBA finals in my life. How did it go? On that day it went better for OJ." 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hilarious!!
That OJ line was killer
Well said 😂
Acting like Cousins is all of a sudden an MVP candidate coming off an Achilles
🤣it’s actually crazy, they never had this energy for kirk at Vikings
Yeah, I mean, he's balled out but he's a slightly better Alex Smith (post Harbaugh). I like Kirk, and I think he can win a Superbowl for sure, but MVP!? C'mon, Hurts, Lamar, Mahomes, Goff, Burrow, Tua (or Tyreek), Stafford, and Purdy are all WAY more likely to be a finalist than a Kirk Cousins coming off a right foot Achilles tear and being in his 30s. I think he is going to play 1 year at most before they throw Penix in since they have a lot of young talent
Cousins could be an MVP candidate for the 25-26 season because of how many weapons he has at his disposal. With the injury and the time it takes to jel with new teammates, no, not this year. Have to see how he performs in the OC's system as well.
4:30 Stroud missed 2.5 games as well
PENIX will do amazing!!!
Atlanta Falcons new logo: "Stupid Is As Stupid Does"
The front office is a clown show!
Starting QBs went Down at a alarming rate last year. Why all of sudden do so many Folks now want to forget that. Offensive Rookie of the year will hands down be, Ray Davis, RB, Buffalo.
There is quite a difference between the Rich and Chris dynamic on the flagship show Whats More Likely versus their long podcast Whats More Likely. Rich gives Chris a hard time on the flagship show segment, always seems ticked off, etc. Where as on the podcast Rich is rarely combative.
I love this show 😅💯👏🏾✊🏾
Why is it “1,000,000%” that Marv Jr will have more TDs than Maye starts/appearances? I’m not saying that he won’t have more TDs but it’s not *that* clear. Outside of Ja’Marr having 13 his rookie year, I don’t think you can expect even great rookie receivers to get more than 10. And I think there’s certainly a path to Drake Maye playing in or even starting 10+ games.
If Drake starts 10+ games this year the Pats gave up on the plan way early or Jacoby got hurt real bad. Maye needs time to develop a bit and the Pats don't have much in the way of weapons, putting him out there that early won't be anywhere in the actual plans according to pretty much every "insider"
How old was Steve Young when he got to finally play?
Did Rich mention that Bob Avalena died the other day? QB from the bears back in the 70's👍🏽👍🏽
The question should have been nicks finals win or Jets playoff appearance. And the Caleb Williams question should have been will Caleb break at least one of those two records or zero of them. Chris was almost there with those two just needed a little more shopping.
The funniest outcome is that Cousins and Penix are both bad this season and they finish 3rd in the division.
lol fur real
Honestly, what a shame for both QB’s here. I’m sure Cousins and Penix will keep it professional but in the back of BOTH their minds, they hate the situation and that makes it tough to perform, to the best of your ability.
I’m just following the news
You can tell he doesn't leave the house
Shoulda went for the Magic. Play the song!
all this talk about the Falcons, just for them to go 7-10 or 8-9 😂
Why do people think MHJ can't be tackled? Catches is a more important WR number than TDs.
What's more likely, Raheem Morris is a trash coach, or that the Tom Brady roast will have Giselle joke?
Neither are going to happen for Rich. Jets or Knicks in a finals game. 😂😂😂
You gotta pick up the pace.
It went better for OJ 😂
You gonna have to pry me off my couch
It would be interesting to go back and see what Rich's reactions were to Rodgers and Love getting drafted. Favre was 35 and 4 years into a 10-year $101.5M "lifetime contract". Rodgers had 3 years of a 4-year $134M extension remaining and his team was on the cusp of the Super Bowl. I don't think Rich would sit here, today, and say that the Packers screwed up in drafting either guy.
Cousins is going to be 36. His current contract is 4 years, 180M. If Kirk is the short-term guy, his contract is really 2 years for 100M (90M/2 + 10M in yr 3). His cap hits the first 2 years are 25M and 40M. His third year cap hit would be 57.5M if he's on the team or 25M if he's cut or traded. If he's designated a post 6/1 cut or traded after that point, the Falcons would split that 25M over years 3 and 4. With the QB position being so important, teams with franchise QBs ought to have a succession plan before they are forced to address the situation head-on.
My issue is spending an 8th overall pick on the oldest QB in the draft, to have him sit behind the 35 year old QB you just signed for big money.
They could have drafted another weapon at 8th, or traded back, took Penix at 12th, or even trade lower, still get a 1st round talent later in the round and then take a younger QB like Rattler in the 2nd or 3rd round.
It just felt like they decided to hedge their bets rather than commit to Kirk and try and win. And it begs the question, why sign him if you think he can't win for you right now. Signing Kirk was supposed to be an all in thing, but now they are planning for the future?
Surely they should have known that Penix was going to be available at 8th well before TAMPERING to sign Kirk
@@MAJ0ROCEL0T All-in on what? That team isn't anywhere near ready to be a super bowl contender, even with Kirk, but they'll be competitive and have a shot. The Falcons have been trying to get a QB. They got outbid on Watson. Tried to use Mariota as a bridge to bide time for Ridder to develop, but that never happened under that coaching staff. They tried to play coy hoping the Ravens-Lamar situation would devolve into a bidding war, but the Ravens eventually paid the man.
This year, they wanted a piece of the Bake show, but he reupped in TB. The Falcons then promised Cousins more guaranteed money, dipping some of it into year 3, and they got their QB for the immediate future. Cousins either balls out and earns year 3/4 (or another contract with someone else) or he retires after getting cut.
As for Penix at 8, nobody knew for certain how the draft was going to play out. Atlanta taking a QB after signing Cousins was still talked about leading up to the draft. Moments before the first pick was made, the only things that were actually known were Williams 1, Daniels 2, Maye 3, and MHJ 4. SD was entertaining trade downs. A lot of speculation of JJ at 6. There were teams were trying to trade into the top 10 for a QB. When there is a guy you love at the pick you are making and that guy happens to be a quarterback, you take him. And that's what they did. Penix went at 8. JJ 10. Nix 12. Then the longest streak of consecutive picks without a QB selection happened with Rattler getting picked in round 5. This whole "Atlanta should have traded down" argument is nonsense.
Kirk signed a four year deal for two years.
MVP candidate… playing for the Falcons?!?!?
Dude, Penix Jr is happy, ATL fans are happy! Just let it GO! What is your problem? This is not about just football! It's something else.
Probably still upset knowing that Zach Wilson got traded for the actual pick he should've been drafted at, instead of wasting yet more years of Rich's life as a Jets fan.
Falcons fans huffing copium
Wow, you rarely get to see such pure delusion like this
It was great pick
Idk about the money to the old guy coming off an Achilles
RE: “penix is there for the future” More likely: RE is on the Falcons payroll 😮 🤔 👍😉
Yeah, I guess
penix is more likely, cause i consider the likelyhood of cousins getting injured more likely then him being an mvp candidate.
ATL can get out of Kirk’s deal after 2025 season, this is a decent (yet weird) pick.
Caleb Williams is going to be a major bust and I’m so excited for it
Bust after one season?
Brockman is TROLLING Hard. Get out of here with that nonsense
What's more likely: Aaron Rodgers gets the Jets to the SB, or Tyrod Taylor gets the Jets to the playoffs?
Neither.
Herbert had 4336 pas yds and 31 tds his rookie season
And still to this day has achieved nothing but being injured
…and we are still waiting for a first playoff win, 5 years later
Stroud had 4k yards while missing 3 games... Never let Rich cook again.
I’m willing to bet Cousins and Rodgers both get hurt again
Lol. I’ve been predicting rogers hurting the other leg for months. Poetry in motion
@@Wild_D especially on that turf.
Wasnt rich alive for the 2 knicks finals in the 70s? And embiid is far more likely to leave than paul george. Chicago needs embiid
Jim McMahan was a pretty good Bears QB. . . until he got concussed into oblivion.
For the love of god stop saying “what else ya got.”
The jets knicks question is undoubtedly the worst q he's ever asked. Like does he watch his own segment come on. Thats askin chris paul if theres gonna be a game 7 level bad
I posted this before the answer for the record
Penix will start this coming season. Cousins is not going to last a full season. This is more likely.
😊
Orlando Magic going to win tonight. Book it.
Boom
Bad bad takes lol
4000
Go pacers
Questioning the Falcons QB situation? The greatest Jets quarterback was Flash Gordon, then a ton of average. Namath is overrated. Chris Miller, a former Falcons qb, was a better passer. I'd take Drew Bledsoe, over any Jets qb ever. Even the awesome 4 playes that Rogers executed. Who's his backup/ week 2 starter this year?
1 playoff win 280 million dollar 35yr old QB.......
Don’t just get out of here get the hell out of here
Rich hates penix just because he got picked at 8 and his wonderkid from michigan got picked later. Hates the fact that penix is better than JJ
😂
Knicks will lose to Indiana
Jets will win 3-4 games
Penix will be starting by the 6th game
The end😂 of the
I'm trans and enjoy your show
