      As in you're wanting to cut costs and compete at a lower tier of the market or you're raising costs? What's the current status of your project in the market (market leader, startup, etc)?
      I'm missing some overall context to answer for certain, but in general, if you're an existing market leader and are raising prices, I'd say that's an offensive strategy because you're leveraging your place in the market / brand strength to improve profitability :)
