I would love to hear feedback on this interview. Is this a good answer? Mark speaks clearly, but this feels like a ramble of a framework. 13 minutes in, I paused and could not connect the dots on how the info from 5 forces was going to explaining how to grow GCP in 3-5 years. I would suggest framing up at why we need to consider each force as it relates to the answer of the question. e.g. We need to consider current competition because we want to identify what investment areas of GCP may face less competition etc.
    is that fair?

I really enjoyed this video, and I enjoyed seeing the application of Porter's framework here. This helped me a lot when thinking about how to answer these questions. Thank you for putting these together!

Deep analysis, learned a lot from it. Only a bit lost how Marke jumped into mkt landscape analysis and then how it comes to the solutions here.

Exactly my thoughts here -- they almost felt like two disconnected parts

Good overall approach but I didn't quite follow how Porter's 5 forces were used to inform the 4 recommendation pillars. Curious if others got it

I know of at least one Muslim in my society who changed his name to get employment. And when he gets introduced (in his absence) the people make it a point to mention that he is a Muslim first before describing anything. He is 16. He is a janitor. He has never been to a school and is very angry that he can’t goto school. He spends all his time on the phone.
