Till now I still use Jamie’s method of collecting steak juices mixed with a bit of olive olive & lemon than pour it back over the steak... don’t waste the jus
The best thing about Jamie is that he realistically cooks with real life .. Life. Bonus always delicious I've been cooking his recipes for more than a decade.
