Emma you’ve been glowing so much lately. Not only have you been taking care of your body physically but working out which is very important but, you’re also taking care of your hair, as well as your skin and as we start to get older……we sometimes tend to forget about those things and how important it is to take care of ourselves not just mentally but physically. However you…..you’ve been glowing, and looking so beautiful lately.

Think I can say this for all men, your body type is what 99.99% of men wish they had for a wife. No, not because of any “body parts” but because you aren’t the type that wants to be a stick figure, not eat 2-3 meals a day. Or eats a cracker n water. Your body will thank you for being healthy down the road! Working hard looks good on you🤷♂️ and your also more attractive because you listen to Zach haha
