Thanks for this video, really helped. Had a car alarm that kept going off every time we opened the front doors. Used this as a quick fix just to get the wife to work without the alarm going every 5 seconds. Probably got bigger fish to fry when she returns home with it but it’s a start. Thanks again.
hi, can you take a picture of the relays, I needed the information on it, I live in USA so the 2006 honda accord model is different. thankyou for your help. tom
Slept in my car drunk twice and had the keys under the seat and when I went to open my door in the morning or start my car the theft system would always go off and keep going off every time I'd open a door or pop the hood. Plz help,
My horn won't stop blowing, can't put it in gear - I was driving once and the horn kept blowing. These anti theft systems Don't prevent theft as much as they just piss us off and disturb the peace! I got a 2008 CRV & it has a ridiculous amount of "saftey" crap and it's all connected to everything else on the car! I liked my 98 way better. So much simpler and easy to live with! But lasts forever.
nope....the transmission is locked too so my alarm is always on and it thinks the car is in alrm trigger mode ....i have the ex honda 2005 so it locks the transmission so now the car is bricked and won’t move
@@zaneterubene810 I had to remove the fuse for the alarm and headlights and there is a manual unlock switch to move into gear but you have to do this every time to move the car . I had to replace my batteries in my fob and reprogram my fob to my car and that fixed the alarm and then I had to replace my passenger controls separate issue I had
@@MediaMusik777 that's a lot to do..I just cut off the alarm horn wire and that's it..lights are not flashing so I think il be alright..but the only thing now is the red dot 🔴 light on panel when I start the car.i guess it indicates that my alarm is on.i just don't hear it. The car drives fine.nothing is locked 🤷🏼♀️ I dunno what was the problem..and also I couldn't find the alarm fuse ..where exactly is it located?

Yeah it’s under the hood 20A
Will my break lights work if I only remove 20a
@@zowietangen3683 no brake lights will come on if you pull the 20amp
Tried it on uk car
Doesn't work
Why don't you just pop to your local auto locksmith, who can repair the remote for a reasonable rate.
Agreed. But doing this means you can drive there without your hazards on
