He also didn't tell Tori in the pilot episode and let her keep rubbing on him. Then there was the paramedic in the first breakup episode, who asked him if he was in college. He didn't even look like he was going to try to say anything.
Also with Alyssa, even Tori said she wouldn't be ok with it. And, Jade listed why she had issues with Alyssa. While Beck may have thought they were only friends, but that doesn't mean Alyssa wouldn't have tried/hadn't already tried something. And since Beck has a habit of letting girls flirt with him, he would have just let Alyssa and Jade KNOWS that.
As for the cheerleader, Andre started that knowing Jade would get upset. Add to that, Beck could have EASILY told Jade the girl was 9. Hell, he could have told Andre instead of letting Andre believe it was some hot cheerleader. Beck is an idiot, or he's an ass, either way a lot of Jade's insecurities are encouraged by him.

Meaning, Jade actually knows that Tori is pretty and sees her as a threat, hence why she tries to knock her down any chance she gets.

Examples: Girls at Karaoke Dokie, the women in Yerba, Tori, the paramedic after the first breakup (granted they were still broken up but it had been 3 days and she was way too old), and probably Alyssa Vaughn too, we just never saw it.
