DIY WHIPPED CREAMY Body Butter ~Easy detailed video NON Sticky, NON Greasy ~ LUXURIOUS ~ NEVER HARD!
Hi this is a detailed video on how I make my Body butter. This butter is creamy and very moisturizing. It melts in contact and quickly absorbs to your skin. Leaving your skin feeling soft and moisturized all day.
With this recipe. Your butter won’t solidify too much!!
Ingredients: Mango Butter, Shea Butter, Apricot oil, Coconut oil, Arrow root, Vitamin E, Rosehip oil, Micah for colorant and fragrance 💝
🚨NOTE: Rosehip oil, Vitamin E oil are optional. You don’t have to add these ingredients your butter will still be great.
Also you can use any carrier oils of your choice (I normally use one or two carrier oils per batch). However, you can use as many carrier oils as you prefer. As long as you know how to calculate the correct amount of oz per batch.
🚨🚨Note**(You can substitute your carrier oils for which ever oils you prefer). Example Almond oil, Avocado, Olive oil and etc.... I choose to use these oil because work really well on all skin types and aren’t heavy.
    Measurements: ➡️THIS WAS A BIG BATCH LOL⬅️
    👉🏽🥭 Mango Butter 4.5
    👉🏽Shea Butter 3.5 oz
    Mango Butter Link➡️ etsy.me/3oAgLB4
    👉🏽Apricot oil 3.2oz
    Apricot Oil link➡️ etsy.me/39xp3pb
    👉🏽Coconut Oil 2.16 oz
👉🏽Arrowroot 1 teaspoon (takes that greasy feel away)
    Arrowroot Powder➡️ bit.ly/2L2yZ0x
    👉🏽Vitamin E oil .50 oz
    👉🏽Rosehip Oil (3) droppers full
👉🏽Colorant Micah- I don’t measure it. I use as much needed to get the color I’m going for
👉🏽Fragrance 8.5 to 15ml (depends on you taste)
🚨I was able to make (6) 8 oz jars and (2) 4 oz jars
*** amount of fragrance depends on your batch size. Look at the label to see what’s the safest recommended percentage of use for skincare products.
🚨👉🏽The batch made during this video was for my personal use.

Try using a giant tip when piping your body butter. The ripples will be larger and more recognizable and easier to pipe. Also not overfilling your bag so full. Much easier to pipe smaller bags that you can refill. I used to make special event cakes and found this helpful.

Thank you for showing your body butter. It looks heavenly. I am definitely going to try it. My suggestion is to weigh in grams that way all your ingredients can be weighed. Three full droppers full of Rose Hip oil isn't a measurement. Maybe weigh 3 droppers full and see how many grams or if you want to stay in ounces but they should all be weighed the same.

If you do not put it in the fridge it can become grainy and feel like little pebbles on your skin. If you butter is grainy to the touch, you can just remit it and promptly put in the freezer. Hi! Yes I used 4.5oz of Mango Butter and 3.5oz of Shea. When piping I don’t pack the jars. I pipe the butter in as is (fluffy) the 8oz jars should weigh around 100g or a little over. My 4oz containers weigh 50g or a little over.

@@latoystev oh okay. I tried it again, but Mine might not be fluffy enough. My 4oz is 100g. I will be trying again! Lol ❤️

@@hayleeanderson1786 Yes that’s doubled the amount I put in my 4oz jars. Also after you’ve whipped your butters, allow it to sit (room temp) 10 minutes before piping. This will allow the butter consistency to become more stable. It’ll also hold its fluffiness.

Where do you store body butters while waiting for them to be purchased

Hi! Thank you for watching. I purchased a few rolling shelves from Joanne’s Fabrics. I stock up the shelves and keep my butters in one of my storage rooms (empty room) in my house. The key to preserving your butters in not storing them in a hot area.

So on another one of your videos you did you used 16 oz butter 14 oz oils. And the amount of jars you made is the same amount of jars you're saying you made with this batch and this batch is like half that size... Am i missing something?

Hello hun thanks for watching. When making butters you have to try different measurements to figure out which formulation works best for you. Piping makes a huge difference in how many jars your able to get from a batch of butter. Not only does piping make a difference. How much product your putting in your jars play a major role. So yes although I used different formulations and ended up with the equal jars is contributed to one or both factors mentioned above. My first videos posted I was still learning different techniques. The video your referencing to I was trying different measurements. The newest videos has my most updated formulations. What works for me doesn’t necessarily work for everyone. Since some people have different preferences in desired textures for their butters. My most recent videos I recommend using 90% oils to whatever desired amount of butters ur using. If that makes sense.
