Why is GA - Call from Website Conversion already fired if no one has clicked on the number at the desktop version?
i got the same problem...

Yes “GA - Call from website conversion” should fire even though nobody has clicked it.
The reason: Google swaps phone numbers with their forwarding number so the tag firing indicates that it is swapping phone numbers. However, it doesn’t count as a conversion until someone calls that forwarding number.
