Hello '' Brian ' good to see ya bud '' you are tops doing what you do best' i love this Coach but needs updated a bit but not bad i would go with a black leather couch and window treatments flooring and add some wood grain to some areas but not bad and great price'' wow thanks for the tour walk through i sure miss the good ole days working with ya' at Country Coach ' that was a blast we put out some beautiful million dollar home on wheels ' keep the great videos coming big hugs
Nice presentation as usual. There's so much more value to seeing both the interior and exterior. Silly test drives with perpetually incredible results are a needless waste of internet bandwidth.
It will be interesting to see how the RV market fares with all these economic headwinds.

I am looking at a unit for sale by a private owner in very similar condition. 185K miles w complete service records since new. I love the riveted side no slide coaches. I am hopeful everything falls into place to make this our first Prevost XL45.

I can understand a price of $170,000 if this had a recent, full remodel with update tech, but as she sits now, she's worth $130,000ish

This is an XL1, they are riveted and can't/don't delaminate. You are thinking of an XL2.

Anyone know the interior ceiling height in this bus? Im 6 foot 3 inches tall and luv the prevost except low ceilings in comparison to newell etc. I thought i heard somewhere the xl2 was the tallest interior height any feedback is welcomed thx!!

Sure has a lot of room for all the this and that too. I don't have a lot of this and that. No do I have a lot of so on and so forth. Just say'n.
Excuse my opinion but it is very expensive and travels a lot and it looks somewhat damaged, which means that the previous owners used it a lot and be careful, my prevost people have a problem, their repairs are cheap and very expensive, I think that Monaco has the advantage in terms of your cost performance and I say this because I have a 2009 prevost and a 2000 monaco dynasty and believe me, the monaco doesn't give me any problems.
It’s a 20kw generator not a 2,000 generator.
How big are the waste tanks, how big is the water tank, how big is the fuel tank?
Does it have 22” rims or 24” rims.
When was the last maintnance.
You missed a lot of details.
You are very funny no coaches have 24 inch wheels and they all actually have 22.5 at this caliber.
