So much greatness in this video. My biggest takeaway for the 2nd time replaying it… The FACT that NOT A SINGLE ONE of the INITIAL OFFICERS WRITES A SINGLE WORD IN THEIR INITIAL STATEMENTS DOCUMENT A SINGLE WORD STATING KAREN WAS SAYING “I HIT HIM, DID I HIT HIM”… NOT ONE… Nothing from initial reports that were read through on this live. Jen stating that she was yelling and screaming that at the scene and NONE OF THE INITIAL OFFICERS WRITE THAT IN THEIR INITIAL STATEMENTS…. All of that was after the pow wows and the call backs…. This case is probably one of the clearest cases of Corruption I’ve ever seen happening in real time.

I recently moved to Mass and noticed an overly irrational fear of LE. It’s starting to make sense. I’m very sorry for your loss also 💕
There are people in other states that have also heard about the police in Massachusetts. We used to travel from Virginia to New Hampshire every summer for my husband’s job and we learned early on not to plan any stops in Massachusetts. We were also told not to give the police any reason to stop us driving through the state. This was from 2000-2012.
The fact that Jenn stayed in her car is enough to indict her. It’s so frustrating to know these monsters got away with murder.

An indicator to me something is wrong with this case is. The BPD, MSP, and CP haven't made any statements regarding this incident. Something isn't right, it actually stinks of corruption!

We have had many MA state police caught for corruption. So glad Karen has the best lawyers. This needs to be blown wide open, no one's turning their back now.

Absolutely no urgency in Jenn’s voice when speaking to the dispatcher. I can’t imagine being in the situation and being able to just sit there in the car while her friend is laying on the lawn and she thinks he is dead. She is on a cell phone, why not run a few feet and get help from the police officer inside and get blankets. Why not try to get him inside to get him warm. Absolutely disgusting and so obvious she already knew he had been there.

Right. Karen sounds like someone who thinks there’s a chance of saving him. People pick apart her “hysteria,” but if you’ve never been exposed to anything like that, you may behave just as she did.
Great show Melanie, a couple of things...I believe one of the girls that was in the house but never mentioned is a NURSE, she was being protected for that reason....the second thing is Sean says he just wrote a letter, yes he wrote a letter that no other LEO had the guts to write and for that I give him so much respect!! A Cops first instinct would have been to go out and secure the scene more so when there's a body found on your lawn,not hiding in your house as though nothing was happening,watching from 🇬🇧

Hi Melanie, I was a little behind on the stream. I just got the part where you talk about KR’s blood alcohol level. To convert ethanol to BAC you take the result and move the decimal point 3 place to the left and you have BAC. Ethanol is not something that would be part of routine blood work but it is pretty standard in any MV accident. Just my 2 cents from my ER nurse days. Great show. 😊

I have been paying close attention to this case for a long time. Thank you, Melanie, for providing expert analysis from various professionals featured in your shows which focus on this case. Ms. Read is innocent; she's being framed. There's the saying "you scratch my back and I'll scratch yours". Why are specific members of law enforcement protecting other members of law enforcement for the purpose of preventing the truth to be known, for the purpose of preventing justice to be served? Someone is in cahoots with someone else and the arrangement stems from the two parties having knowledge of the each other's crimes. Where is the loose thread to pull on? Connections to embezzlement, trafficking, conspiracies for laundering, racketeering, homicide???? Someone in law enforcement and/ or politics has knows the dirt about Albert and Albert's got something on them.

That 911 call recording...Oof . I can tell you right now, no normal person says "i think he's dead" without already knowing it. Our himan brains cannot comprehend, much like Karen didn't, that another human is gone, UNLESS we've done all the lifesaving measures and heen up close and personal with the body. She already knew he was dead, or she wouldn't have told the operator that.
Good point. Esp since she was still sitting in her car, and later both Jennifer and Carrie made a big thing about it was a horrible blizzard and they couldn’t see anything and ONLY Karen spotted John even laying there in the snow.

One of TB’s earliest posts has the tow truck driver recorded, candid, talkative saying he absolutely walked around the car and didn’t see my damage worth noting. Not sure on pictures. I don’t remember if he mentioned any or not.
Spot on, plow drivers know to keep their eyes out for anything.
He would have seen, especially wit a light amount of snow at that time.
@@LeanneM-ku6zg this was the actual tow truck driver proctor called to have car removed from her Dighton home. Different than the other damaging witness Lucky the plow driver.
Wow do you think the defence will have him testify at trial? I hope so in case anyone on the jury needs further confirmation!

Maybe that’s why they fought ? Jen called him so many times maybe the husband got jealous or suspect them cheating . When people drink you are not rational . I find it interesting that she deleted the calls.
I am so sorry for your loss. My condolences. I grew up in Canton and I can tell you it was the same way in the small town of Canton in the 70's and 80's. There was a lot of corruption but it always seemed like penny ante things. I left there as soon as I could get an enlistment date in the army. I knew Sean's family when I was growing up. I also like that Sean had an SG on display this time. We Canton kids played "SG" guitars back in the good old days.

No. Headlights, tail lights, and turn signals get broken all the time in vehicle pedestrian and even deer hits.
That's so wrong I can only assume it's being spread intentionally to discredit our side by someone involved in the framing.
Her tail light being broken makes sense.
What doesn't make sense is it not being broken in video after the supposed hit.
What doesn't make sense is the complete lack of damaged sheet metal.
Even if by some crazy circumstances she hit him only in the head with her tail light, hard enough to throw him 12 feet off the road. That whole area where the tail light mounts would be pushed in and destroyed by his head.
Not just the sheet metal.
you're giving me example of high speed impacts. this was a low speed. plus a deer has much greater mass. name me one body part without force absorbing matter (muscle/thick tissue) that would break a taillight at a low speed? the head would be the only thing, but for that position to be -- the body would fall quickly and again not result in breakage (in low speed).
Better example take a hammer at xx amount of force and strike a taillight while in a car. bet it breaks it. now take the same taillight with the same amount force while it sits with on a workbench. bet the taillight flies off the bench and doesn't break where the hammer strikes it. (in this example the car is the hammer exerting the force and the body is the taillight.) those taillights can be struck by hail and have no cracks. NOW if a body, running head first, toward a taillight and car doing the same thing perhaps damage could occur.
Now all of these example point out the same thing you pointed out. no damage anywhere else to the body of the car. it would be near impossible for a human body to not damage a panel. heck I could lean against my old Corolla and dent the door.@@edwardscott3262

It’s so confusing how people can look at John’s autopsy photos and not see how it doesn’t fit.
He would have injuries to his mid section and lower body.
They ruled that BA had to hand over his calls between him and Jennifer Mcabe and then selected calls between Jen and Proctor
