Breakfast - only fruits ( should not eat all fruits together → eat them separately)
Lunch:- salad half hour before your meal
Supper/ dinner:- only fruits

My grandfather grew apples, and my mother and grandmother always are fruits Many of these came from neighboring farms. Store bought is not too good, they should be grown naturally, there really is a difference

got it now Will have after a break
If Vegetarian Can v also leave Dairy products Is a huge trend in upper circles today
Lactofree meals Substitute it with plant based Soya or Almond milk
Like a gluten-free trend made us leave wheat chapatis
