The Swift Sport is the range-topping version of Suzuki’s current supermini. It has a range of sporty enhancements which includes luxury updates to the interior, a retuned chassis and the introduction of a 134bhp 1.6-litre petrol engine.
Not only is the engine much livelier then that used in the rest of the Swift range, the Sport also has a driving set-up that caters far more towards an enthusiast approach. Though it lags behind other hot hatches in terms of power and outright speed, the Swift Sport still attracts by being a far more affordable gateway towards this particular segment.

This presenter has came a long way since hes first videos. He gained a lot more confidence and sounds more natrual, keep up the good work.
Been watching a lot of Swift Sport videos lately because I'm considering buying one. Just wanted to say this young man's presentation skills were excellent and informative, video was well thought out and well shot. Bright future, well done.

I love mine. Got it back in 2014 and still love every moment I spend in it. I recently drove a ford fiesta ST3, which I took on my favourite local roads, and whilst a nice car with great power, it didn't put the same smile on my face. You can feel the response from the engine and the road better in the swift. True the interior has a some cheaper materials but they are nicely styled (eg. red stitching in all the seats and steering wheel, chrome pedals, etc) and I couldn't care less when all the gadgets come as standard (Garmin entrainment/nav system, xenon headlights, key less entry and start etc.). If rumours of the 2017 swift sport turbo are true and the value for money is the same I will 100% upgrade.
Kull117 May well skip gen 3 myself. Don't see much point in upgrading when my ZC32S is such a reliable companion.
Owning an Swift sport ZC32S for a year now, had some issues with the ECU, turn out it was down on power from low to mid range, that has been fixed now. Absolute lovely little rascal. Low cost maintenance and you can have some good old school hot hatch fun in it.

These are a used bargain nowadays. Can easily find a low mileage example with FSH for less than 5 grand. I'm actually thinking of getting one next.

would anyone recommend this car , been looking at different sporty cars and this has really taken my eye , great review , it has me teetering on the edge of buying one , just want someone whose used one for a while now to see how it is on long term practicality
I've had mine for a good year now and still love it. Can be economical if you drive sensible. Real fun to drive too. Couple of negatives, small boot, and low grunt down low in the rev range. But overall I think its a fantastic little car.

Why doesn't it have the DRL lights? The lower models of this model have them, so why not the Sport? 🤷♂️
Amazing for me the fact that no matter how many reviews appear, everyone brags about this car's sports character. A self accelerating, rev hanging vehicle is far from that, or maybe my values are upside down.
Maybe when put into perspective of its price range?
