  • After lightening regrowth, we can be left with stark contrast between the client's virgin hair and the new highlighted sections we've created. When this happens you want to go back in and soften or tone down the hair to create blended, settled look. To create this, Ian is using IGORA VIBRANCE 8-46 and 7-0 mixed with the 13 vol. IGORA VIBRANCE Activator Lotion Developer to not only deposit color but to shift the virgin hair up slightly at the base. Then Ian goes in with IGORA VIBRANCE 9.5-46 at the mids to ends to blend and complete this look!
