Hi there! Yes! Anytime you add 0-00, increase the amount of developer accordingly.

Hi there! So in this video Ian is using our demi-permanent line Igora Vibrance to lowlight, and tone the client at the backwash. The 3 activators in the line are the Igora Vibrance Activator 6 vol / 1.9% Lotion or Gel & 13 vol 4% Lotion. The Chroma ID is also a semi-permanent line and tone color system. With this you do not need to mix anything else into the Intense Bonding Color Masks or Bonding Color Masks, it's a stand alone product. You can apply Chroma ID at your station or the backwash in damp towel dried hair. Leave in for up to 10-20 min keeping visual control. I hope this helps! - Meg | Ask Expert with Skp @pixelate_hair
How do I use 9,5-98 for a dusty pink? I would like it pretty light…
Hey there! This is a great question. To create a dusty pink I would recommend using 9,5-1 & 9,5-98 1:1 to get a dusty pink. You can always add 0-00 to your formula to sheer it out more.
