    My question is about Igora Royal Permanent Color- using it as a toner with the possibility to bump the base from 9 to a 10 and mask demarcation. I am looking for a 9.5-4 with a touch of 9.5-5 for extra shine and a touch of warmth for that buttery creamy blonde. Since 9.5-5 is not available in Igora Royal Permanent, can I combine 9.5-4 and 9-55 ? Also, do I need to dilute for more translucent result? I was going to select Vibrance, because these tones are available, but it won't bump the level or mask demarcation.

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  Před rokem +1

      Thank you for this question! The IGORA Royal Pastel 9,5- Toners can shift that natural base and tone the highlights all in one go. However these toners are not a level 9.5 they are Clear with the tone direction, so we wouldn't recommend mixing them with a level 9-55.However since they are permanent toners they are able to shift that natural base just a bit to help soften that transition from the natural hair and the highlights. They will give you a warmer end result but are just beautiful. We hope that this helps answer your question 💜

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  Před rokem

      Hi! Great question, for a level 4, you can use up to 50% of your color formula to boost it. So, if you had 60g of 4-99, you could add up to 30g of 0-89. Just make sure to match the amount of activator/developer. In this example, 90g of activator/developer.

      Great question. The IGORA ROYAL HIGHLIFT 10- & 12- Series are recommend to be used on virgin hair levels 7 & 6. Even though the IGORA VIBRANCE Range is a demi line, it does add pigment making the 4-5 levels of lift you would get from the Highlifts not work to their full strength. Hope that this helps 💙

    hello,
    I would like to use igora vibrance to cover red hair dye on my hair that I’m trying to wash out for couple of months now
    But I would need your help when choosing my color.
    on pre-lightened hair was applied like beetroot color that really faded,on the top part of my hair it is like level 7 to 8 golden copper color,on some bottom parts little bit darker like level 6-7 with more red undertones.
    can you help me what shade to choose to cover and neutralize those warm tones?
    My roots are natural level 5 brown neutral color.
    I have lots of breakage in my hair so I can’t bleach my hair any more.

    Igora Vibrance toner?

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  Před rokem +4

      It's all based on personal preference. However if you are going to be doing a bright red color or grey blending we would recommend using the 13 vol 4 % Activator. On that same token though if your client has very fine baby hair and you're just doing a toner no grey coverage or reds, that 13vol can shift the natural base a little and expose warmth on very fine hair. I hope that this helps. 🖤

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  Před 9 měsíci +1

      Great question, when mixing 1:1 it means equal parts, so if you have 1 part (20g) Selected Shade + 1 part (20g) 0-00. So that gives you 40g of your color you'll need equal parts of your IGORA Vibrance Activator which would be 40g. Hope that helps 💛

      Igora Vibrance gives up to 70% grey blending when using a Natural Extra Shade (5-00, 7-00 or 9-00) and 13 Volume Activator Lotion. If you're looking for 100% coverage we would recommend IGORA Royal for the grey and you can use the same shade in Vibrance to refresh the color on the mid lengths and ends with no damage. Hope this helps. ❤

We do not recommend using it to remove older color, we do have the BLONDME Detox Treatment that can remove buildup and budge off an old toner, or if needing a little more pigment removal the BOND ENFORCING COLOR REMOVER to lift 2-3 levels. If you are wanting a similar shade in Igora Vibrance you can use 7-57 which is a level 7 with Gold and Copper Hues. Since the shade in TBH is 7-47 it's a level 7 with Muted Gold and Copper hues it will be pretty close. If you want to tone down the Gold in the Igora Vibrance formula (7-57) you can add a bit of 7-1 into the formula to mute the gold in the tones. I hope that helps 🖤
