Did you ever feel like there was something you wanted to do or express and you didn’t do it, which made you feel contracted and uncomfortable?
This is what happens when you don’t express your desires and live them in the world. But, expressing your desire doesn’t mean that the other person has to go along with you to fulfill your desire. It is all about you just owning up to it, giving it a form, and expressing it in some way or another. Whatever comes out of it is not in your control.
