I'm in my last 4 weeks and my midwife recommended squats to help the baby drop. He's head down, but pretty high up. I like the towel idea, but don't have any bars for me to latch on to. Do you suppose I could just hold on to a door frame instead?

Hi! :)
I am 28 weeks pregnant and suffer from a tail bone pain and on my buttocks. Would it be safe for me to squat? Also, the days I work I usually always get a cramp on my calf either left or right calf. Could this be because I don't work out?
Thank you for your time reading my comment, I really appreciate it. God bless...
Hi Leslie. I too get sciatic back pain and hip pain. Have you tried pelvic rocking? I find that it helps to relieve some of the pain and well as serves as an exercise to help prepare you for labor.
is it helpful for a vbac
Shahraj Dilnawaz I went to see my midwife yesterday and she recommended I do them as I'm going for a VBAC
Hi, can you do squats 'ass to grass' / all the way down during pregnancy? (I've been doing them for years before but don't know if they are still ok?). Thanks!
Justyna S yes, sumo squats are great for opening the hips and pelvis in pregnancy

hi you can start to squat from 4-5 weeks pregnant just ensure perfect technique
Can I do complete squat during 5th month?
I yes if you have no medical complications nack or pelvic pain
How many minutes should be do this
You can start with 3 x 10 squats a day if you have no back or pelvic pain,
hi! im 39weeks pregnant. .plz tell me how many squarts I do.everyday.
Just be careful and take care of your self.
I don't know how you expect pregnant women to squat like that. We have huge bellies. I'm just going to squat with a straight back..
Open your knees and stance up. There are fat dudes with guts bigger than yours that go ATG on the squat with over 800lbs on their back.
Misanthropy yes but making a baby is not as easy as melting fat.
I am 5 months pregnant, is it too early for me to start doing it?
You should do squats before you make it to 30 plus weeks , it will induce labour
If you really want to get you a well-defined body, you may want to take a look on Google for "SSM Muscle Method". You are bound to get the appearance you deserve.
how about on 3rd trimester? how many squats should i do?
Narj Gee First: Talk to your physician to see if they think you can do squats safely, then, start doing a single set of 10 squats, following these instructions. Be sure to have something/one to hold on to the first time you do it in case you lose balance. Stop if you feel faint or you feel piercing pain anywhere. If you can do ten (or less) without feeling pain or discomfort (other than dull exercise pain in your legs) then you can do it again over the week. Start with 1-10, as many as you can. If you feel ok over the week, repeat this, up to 2-4 sets (groups with rest in between) of 10-15 squats to 3-4 times a week as suggested by the poster.
+Per Franck thanks! Im on my 3rd trimester and the doctor advised me to do walking. But i cant go out everyday to walk. So i guess ill just do some squats whenever i cant do some walking.
