People talk about how good stafanski is. Our players beat the 49ers, the ravens,and Texans this year. Our lack of a game plan in the next games against the ravens and Texans we got killed. That's coaching. So is leading the league in penalties. I am not saying he is horrible but not elite either.

His ego refuses to allow the OC to call plays and to do his job. Van Pelt stated that the offense of his new team, would be based on the talent of the players and he would use several different offensive schemes that will depend on their opponent. Duh

Firing three offensive couches and keeping the head couch is unheard of. Good luck finding 3 couches to jump in to serve Stafanski.3 good couches ,up and coming, or with a track record, not going to happen. Even if they hire them to come in and help Stefanski innovate his lame offense . If that's the case they really wanted to get rid of Stefanski .So the couches got fired for not doing their jobs or not doing them up to par in the aspect of whoever fired them. So Stefanski fires 3 of his offense couches and will try to replace them with better ones that will do a better job....really? Or higher up did not like what they seen on offense and needed to make a change and went about it in a questionable way that has the fans the team players other couches in a clueless stage of speculation . Lets go back to when the Browns played Baker with a torn rotator cuff and stefanski went 5 wide the whole game making him try to prove himself. Just fire Stefanski all ready.

When you think about it who does Kevin Stefanski come from the likes of Pat Shurmur, Norv Turner and Mary Kay Cabots choice to be the Browns head coach Defillipo. This organization is lost. Fire Stefanski and hire Mike Vrabel just don't let him bring Tim Kelly with him. Arthur Smith was a QB away from being in the playoffs with the Falcons. The Browns need to run the ball.

Stump Mitchell had to mention her name once he was fired,.. it's a girl who transitioned into a boy and is a wide receivers assistant personnel coach,.lol,.. why would stump Mitchell do a shout out to her and give her any kind of props,.!!because he's just political and woke and he's a liability he had no business even bringing that up.
