a liittle shy and uncomfortable denoting a very sensitive soul what a lovely man
He's so adorable, so cute and so sweet. I miss him so much.
I agree 100%
I miss him too😭❤️🩹
Hes still alive isn't he?
Me too.
@@Donnell0303and ? we know that.. 😭 some of these ppl were already born by then tho.
Freddie is very particular with how he expresses his thoughts. It’s deep. Meticulous. He’s a lyrical genius. The world was not ready for him. In some ways I don’t think the interviewer was really listening to Freddie. I mean like really listening. It’s as if he just wanted to ask the next question instead of having a genuine conversation. Regardless, amazing to see this man think and express himself.
Correct, classic stupid Molly Meldrum from Countdown in Australia...didn't he know he was in the presence of a GOD!!🤩🥰
Even at this young age, Freddie had that wicked little glint in those gorgeous deep brown eyes. Omg, he would become more and more powerfully talented and more and more handsome. I could listen to him talking for hours on end darling ❤ 😂
Yes he has a lovely speaking voice, could listen to him for hours too.
70s Freddie was very soft spoken and mild. 80s Freddie was bold, tougher looking and powerful
I like both of them. ❤️❤️☺️
A very style's changement!
Он просто понял, как общаться с журналистами. А так, он всё такой же.. Мягкий, добрый
Honesty, integrity, authenticity. Such a rare human being. I hope he knew how much he was loved.
Freddie In the 70s was so different than the 80s Freddie
@Nick Xero but 80’s Freddie had that sexy mustache
@Nick Xero you’re a very fun person
@Nick Xero I agree I think mercury with light stubble in 1989 was alot better then the massive top lip caterpillar
@@beastybacon199 Someone has a different opinion then you, and you have to insult them.
While.. the band, Queen in the 70s was so different than the band Queen in the 80s
This is how I remember Freddie. He looks so awkward squirming in his seat when Molly is referring back to that first horrible show. He is so charming and diplomatic ❤️
Funny how I’ve seen this interview many times; but this is the first time I noticed the black cat pin with the white bow tie. How adorable is he?! 💕❤️
Love Freddie's tender voice , his manners.he's so sweet , elegant and charming.love his sincere and eloquent speech❤
Classy guy.
Yes and don't we love him forever and ever. I look at this interview and just CAN'T help thinking about the split-screen visual of him in the 80's, all leathered out, taking it both ways bareback by 17 different mustached men at once with his face pushed into a pile of coke. Gentleman indeed!
Not to forget that 1977 was the height of the punk movement. Just compare Freddie's eloquent interview style to someone like Sid Vicious.
such a lovey indian boy
About his accent, I've watched several videos about English accents, and Freddie is often used as an example of the Posh Upper Class English accent. He apparently attended some nice private school as a boy, and it stuck with him.
The man was just HYPNOTIC & MAGNETIC....u find yourself not looking at him...but STARING at him. Omg
What a sweet, educate, polite, talented and attractive man. We miss you darling❤️
I love him. He was so sweet and kind when being interviewed. Such incredible talent. The world lost him way too soon. He was not only talented but beautiful inside and out. Beautiful to look at. So handsome.
Ditto
Wonderful teeth

Freddie Mercury Was The Best Singer And Frontman Ever ❤🙏
He was just CLASSY....love how he calmly sips on some white wine during the interview. His accent is beautiful...and I can't stop looking at his EYES. 💎💎💎💎💎
Queen extraordinary talent and giving from them all. We are fortunate. ♥️👍♥️
Man with a golden voice. Powerful. Epic. Freddy.
Freddie thinking about his response to Molly's first question....how can I be diplomatic yet truthful?
Impeccable studio ear, extraordinary songwriting, unstoppable energy, spectacular performer. 💥
Words can't describe how much I love this man..... And his fashion sense.
Sweet Genius!
Beautiful, wonderful man!❤️
Freddie was extremely intelligent and educated.
Quick-witted, smart.
Modest and kind.
He is a mysterious man.
He was very, very loyal to the band
He put all his talents into it.
He was much more than a rock star.
Freddie didn't like interviews.
He was nervous about the stupid questions.
Thank You!
Im proud to be his fan
"You gonna ask me about taxes?" "No, I'm not" "Oh, thank god". I just died.
His eyes are Soo beautiful 😍
it surprised me not to see him smoking through an interview. So nice, charming, shyness, humble. Greatest band ever. Really good material reflecting the 70's albums which are in my opinion absolute masterpieces and often underrated.
After his first sip of white wine you can feel his demand for a cigarette
He was not a smoker at this time, as he did not start until the 1980s. In an old Queen Fan Club magazine, he mentions he has taken up the habit, quoting John's song, "If you can't beat them..."
Mustache or nt he was and always will be the most handsome man in my opinion
I loved his mustache! And yes, he was gorgeous. ❤
This is torture for Freddie but being the fabulous person he was he pulled through 😂🥰
yes I had the very same impression you said it right
I love how he's distracted by everything possible as soon as he has to listen to the interwiever
Lots of band leaders were annoyed by interviews but genius is also annoying sometimes
@@Chopper140 well it's because the questions are lame and totally vapid
Wow I love these old interviews
God, he looks so adorable here. Makes me want to hug him.🥰
Let's go back and save him,MJ George Michael and Whitney
God, he's an angel, I love him so much!❤ Thank you so much Chief!! 💕
What a nice interview, this is the real Freddie...irreplaceable and unique, so full of love and energy, warmth and cuteness!
His colouring and that 5 o'clock shadow!! gorgeous!!
Don't forget the lovely hairy chest ,
Ughh 🤮

He is just too fine 🔥

Okay! How have I missed this? Freddie is simply precious to look at, listen to, and anticipate. Now must find that TV show he said would be 'in February'', This, a great find, for my mood today!
I Love you!!! ❣️
I never stopped loving him❤and i never will❤i lv him
Pls don't stop uploading videos
Pls.. we need you
Pls don't go away 🥺🥺
There's such a difference between 70s Freddie and 80s Freddie in interviews. In the 70s, he was reserved, distant, more soft spoken with a quiet arrogance in his demeanor. In the 80s, he was more relaxed, outgoing and funnier...the hubris was still there, but it was more playful and endearing.
i think he didn't change, he just hated the interviews
Astute observation.
In this video, we can see a different Freddie than Freddie of the 80s. It's incredible his changement and his transformation!
Freddie if youre up there reading this, realize Queen will NEVER be beaten by anyone
Thank you Chief Mouse...please keep up the good work...Freddie being humble..gentle..charitable..eloquent...as well as being an amazing singer...performer...creator of such brilliant songs..and so delicious to look at❤️🤩
Freddie was handsome i lv him❤️
i lv him soooo muchhh
great quality and very close to the original. love your restorations Chief, they always seem so original and natural and they also look sharper. some people just destroy the quality trying to sharpen the videos but not you. thank you so much.
Thank you very much! Waited for this one a long time.
Freddie's eye are so mesmerizing when he doesn't have a mustache. He just looks yummy
Could watch and listen to young Freddie's accent 😊 anytime...
Me too!
@@ellenmiller6235 me too pookie (please pookie was a joke i say that to my friends)
Ughh 🤮
Thank you so much. Appreciate the hard work you've done to share the legendary band and its extraordinary members for generations to come.
100% agree ! When we all passed away … Freddie will surely stay and have impact on coming generations…
Thank you for posting this. He was a true gem
Thank you for posting this. I've been a huge Queen fan since I was 15 and I thought I've seen it / heard it all but this interview it's something truly special❤ How did I miss this?!
i love this guy too much
Great to see this regarding the Sunbury gig. In the mid 2000's, I worked with a guy in Melbourne, who was at that gig, and he told me how Queen were literally booed off stage, things thrown at them etc. (you can see it in Freddy's initial reaction when Molly asks). He also said that Freddy said, they'd be back to be the greatest band in the world.
Only took 'em six months, too 😉
I was there, age 11.! And remember booing too, just following the crowd i guess.. i was a big queen fan within about a year afterwards 😅
Amazing how sweet sounding he was yet WAS ABSOLUTELY ELECTRIC ON STAGE. that's talent
“I don’t know what to do with my hands!”
EXCELLENT Freddie interview .....A wonderful timesnap of where Queen were at that time & how they were evolving out of the multi track complexity into the more economical phase of their creativity. Freddies responses to the questions & points are very interesting on this.
Freddy Mercury is from another planet.
Uranus
Once in a lifetime performer... 😊
Loved Freddie, so thankful I was alive during this time.
At the end of the interview, the interview keeps talking over him, let him get a word in. My god 😐 love you Freddie 🫶🏼
Great interview
Freddie really is his own kind of magic (magic! MAGIC!) I love him
Ti amo Freddie ❤️
What a beautiful Spirit. I will always grieve the loss of this human life, even though the Life that lived in him goes on forever in all of us. ❤
one of the best people ever
It's really amazing how Freddie transformed himself, from how he looked and acted, in the 70's and then was completely different in the 80's.
Personally, I loved Freddie's complete transformation as to his physical appearance. He looked very handsome and yet, he was still Freddie Mercury that his fans always loved. And his music and control of himself. And his millions of fans.
He loved them singing and being involved with his Songs!!
Freddie Mercury and Queen's Legend Will forever remain timeless!!👑🎶🎤 🎸 🥁 🎸🎶
Oh Freddie darlin' you do have ADHD 😊 fiddling about. And you're the master of eye rolling😅 you're so darn cute how can anyone not love you❤ I love this interview so informative. We do miss you. RIP 11/24/1991 🇬🇧🇺🇸
Viva Freddie!
I've seen over 1500 arena & stadium shows in my life. Best show I ever saw was Queen w Fred. The 2nd best show was the 2nd time I saw them.
Freddie 🥃💐🙏👑👑🌹
Such a vocal range this man had! Such showmanship! Miss him.
Love You Fredy❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
We miss you, darling 🌹
❤Молодой Фредди! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I wonder if he ever feel how He effected His fans.. How many adored Him.... Loved Him....Always loved Him......
For the first time ever I seen that! It's amazing to see young Freddie, it's funny how he tries to bite his fingernails, probably. Super quality. I think is taken from the television site or app, because the left side is cut, when the titles come up in the beginning. Nevertheless is great. I'm curious, for what documentary Freddie is talking about at the end?
Freddie was 31 years of age in this interview🤩
#Legend
Oh Yes!!!! I Love You!!
Freddie spoke so beautifully, and eloquently, and had so much patience. He was a model pop star, and a brilliant talent. He looked so cool in 1977, I’m loving that Bjorn Borg FILA tennis jacket, they were a bit of a lads fashion item in the late 70s early 80s.
probably the all around best singer ever and had stage presence to go along with that. All of the members of queen were great to.There will never be another Male group like them ever.
Freddie was a unique talent
かっこいいー
He has a very great voice and I loved his songs
You still do, no ?
obviously a huge talent but also so sensetive
Legend
To this day, I'm still blown away by the fact that Freddie was Indian and lived a significant part of his childhood in India during the '60s. As a 1st generation Indian American growing up in the 80s and 90s, I didn't have many people to look up to that looked like me. I still remember that it wasn't until about 1999 that I found out that Freddie was actually Indian. So you can imagine my amazement about him being who he was and achieving all that he did, 30+ years after he left this earth. Even though he never spoke openly about being indian or growing up as a child of indian immigrants or made it part of his public persona, I still do look upon him as an inspiration. You can do anything you want and be whoever you want so long as you love what you do. To this day am enamored by him. Long live Freddie....
Do you think he was influenced by bollywood? He's a fantastic showman and very charismatic, so I can't help but wonder if it helped shape his performance on stage.
So, whatever I read about him always says that the only music he ever listened to was western. No mention of Bollwood. Of course we’ll never really know the whole story unless someone who knew him well tells us. Just appreciate him for what he made out of his life. Long live, Freddie!
@@scoobz4177I think he was born to be a showman in his own right, not particularly influenced by anyone. He was absolutely loaded with talent, charisma and the IT factor. His performances are unequaled. I think perhaps people who came along afterwards may have tried to be influenced by him.
Wow ❤
He is so polite in his answers, although you can see he is bored and impatient. Terrible stupid questions.
nawet nie mam słów na to 😭😭🥰🥰😍

10:55 lmao
Looooonnnnnnggggg questions
He's lovely here.
Jaja las caras de Freddie Mercury en los primeros minutos de la entrevista 🤣
I love Freddie Mercury! He's actually rather no non-sense and I think pretty humble here (although he was rightly a little annoyed by somebody dropping something. And why are people yammering away in the background?)
I wish the interviewer didnt interrupt him so much
Fila tracksuit top was ahead of its time, the mid 90s it was sort after fashion item 👊😉
Freddie was so charming handsome boyish smile. The actor that played him in BR looks scary and always angry , opposite of the real Freddie. Adore and Love Freddy so much.
❤️❤️❤️💥👠
He always says: "We" like he always backed Queen up, it was never about him
Me too,
I know he hated interviews. So like alot of us he talks alot with his hands. You can tell he is not comfortable. Freddie was A master in the music industry.
Funny I woke up to A Queen song ln a commercial just today. 2022 Aug.
Freddie said...."Are you going to ask me about taxes" ??? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA !!! 😂 I love this man !!
