I hate how this plays before almost every movie when I'm at my local AMC theater
Me too. It always strikes me as so freaking pretentious. I can't stand pretentious. I just can't.
Speaking as a Canadian who has literally never set foot in an AMC cinema, this was my first experience seeing the ad.
That telemarketer ringtone pull 😂😂😂😂
Saw this ad for the first time right before the Madame Web "movie"
Gee, that line about going to the movies being the only way you experience love and caring sure hit close to home.
I was watching a movie and this ad popped up and I told myself, one of these days I’ll meet Nichole; the very next day she walks into a mall with her daughter. I went over to her and said hey after prepping my courage, of course.
Bravo, Commercial Sins, for another wonderful video. **claps awkwardly like Nicole Kidman during an award show**
True story. My wife (girlfriend at the time) went to see Guardians of the Galaxy (vol 1) at an AMC in Chicago. This was either opening weekend or the 2nd weekend. It was a late night show. I think the showtime was like 9:30 or something. When we got out of the theater, there were no AMC employees to be found. Also, this was not the only show ending. At least 3 movies in total had just ended at Midnight or later and all of us patrons had free reign of the cinema. Many of us were trying to get parking validated. It was crazy.
We wrote to corporate about it and they gave us free passes.
I've never been to an AMC theatre with a coat check. 🙂
This ad is the reason why I don’t go to the theater often
I demand more commercial send videos with the depth of full-fledged CinemaSins videos
I still have no idea why this was memed to death.
Thank you. I always complained about this shit. Why advertise for the movie theater I already chose to go to
There is one distinct difference- IMAX theaters have those (bleep) overly comfy seats! I hate those things! I'm always squirming in them because I'm afraid they're going to make me fall asleep. Like, I go from blinking to having my eyes completely close.
That actually happened once; not to me, though. Back in college, my Electrical Engineering teacher took the class to see "Current Wars". A student at the other end of the row (8 seats down, I think, fell asleep somewhere in the middle of the film!)
You should review the Australian Lamb commercial about all the religious figures eating together.
I bet Nicole Kidman is a kidman WAIT WAIT WAIT I bet Nicole Kidman is a kid-man
This always gets applause. They did recently shorten it.
We see you, Chris and Jeremy
I love this and every time we are at the movies we say the entire monologue.
She went from watching Jurassic World to Wonder Woman then La La Land and finally Creed in the span of 10 seconds. She must have that advance screening
What fantasy brightly lit movie theater cineplex is she in here?! I've never been to a movie theater that nice looking!
I happen to go to an AMC 45 minutes away because they have a bar
That’s exactly how they number their auditoriums
Thanks for reminding me where i live we still have a locally owned chain of theaters, i should check out what movies they have.
Holy Shit This Everyting Worng With Is 1000000X Times Better Than Actual Commercial
Please sin the Paramount+ Super Bowl commercial with Patrick Stewart
Who does she think she is Ashley Judd?
We have had this stupid commercial for almost 4 F'ING YEARS!!! CAN WE MAKE A PETITION TO STOP THIS BULL SH!T!!!!!!
Did you steal that abandoned theatre joke from Jimmy Kimmel at last year's Oscars? 🤨
>Meet the Deedles
Lame. Call me up when a cinema in the U.S. shows "Meet the Feebles".
A.I. Kidman still got it going on, it's uncanny valley girl
Oh come on... anyone who had access all made their own trailer reel. So yes... maybe she has her favorite trailers she is watching. My projectors were old enough that they still had single real arms on it so I could load up my trailers reel and run it right onto the platter system.
No sin for that half American half Australian accent?
I'm not gonna stop putting this in the comments until it happens. If we have cinemasins, tvsins, commercialsins, and cinema wins, we need tvwins and commercialwins

Pretty sure the stiletto heels don't affect her height when sitting.
She was still standing when they were talking about that part.
How do you sin Nicole Kidman
Wow, I never imagined a world where I'd beat Chris/Jeremy to the punch on a joke video. Seriously, though, this ad is cancer. If you ever want to know who in your theatre is drunk and/or high, just wait for those who still clap for this thing after having it force-fed to them before every movie for more than two years running.
