Hope this could help: DOUGH: 2 cups all purpose flour + 1/2 tsp salt + 3/4 cups warm water for a very soft dough. Add a bit more water for the required consistency. Knead and cover and rest for 5 minutes. Knead again until a smooth dough forms. Cover and rest for an hour.
OILED DOUGH: Pour 2 tbsp & 1 tsp hot oil over 1/8 cup flour + 1/2 tsp salt mixture. Stir until smooth. As for the rest just follow the video demonstrations.

Middle fire is good. Turn over it twice to get nice colour.
