Hey, my hamster is the tortie (actually named Clairee, not Charlie :3) thanks for reviewing my enclosure! I tried adding sprays for enrichment but my dorky girl tries to shove the entire spray in her burrows instead of taking the seeds individually 😭

The barred cage is an absolute no-no!! I am surprised you thought it was alright. Totally unacceptable.
Do you mean the cage itself or the setup?
Barred cages are absolutely fine IF the lower bars are covered with seagrass mats, cardboard or perspex to allow for deep bedding which she suggested to the owners if you listed 😊
The cages looked nice but hamsters are burrowers, Ideal habitat has at least two feet of substrate for burrowing. Hamsters are intelligent animals with needs not toys for entertainment.
When have I said that hamsters are for entertainment?? I am aware that hamsters need l lots of bedding for burrowing, that's why I mentioned the minimum was 10 inches. I personally provide over a foot of bedding for my hamsters. There is no hamster cage on the market that allows for a 30cm wheel and 60cm of bedding, I'd love it if there was and hopefully in the future there will be.
