Welcome to in the bay, by Schrader. I'm W Ripto. This is the 34000 Schraeder aluminum valve. If you want to remove the rubber snap-in valve that comes with the EZ sensor, you can remove the rubber snap-in and put the 34000 valve, the aluminum valve, onto the sensor body.
Take the grommet, make sure that the flat portion of the grommet goes to the flat portion of the valve. The core, the cap can be saved, and the nut can be saved for a later time. Two flats of the valve and the two flats of the enclosure need to line up. Okay, thread the valve onto the valve puller. Put the screw into the back of the valve and use your T10 torque wrench to apply the proper amount of torque to the screw, through the sensor, into the valve. When you've reached the proper amount of torque, the tool clicks.
Drop the nut onto the sensor. Make sure that the nut is finger tight. We're going to use the spanner to hold everything in place. The 10 mm spanner. Grab the appropriate size and socket and set the torque to the proper torque which is 62 in/lb. Okay, now that's assembled.

@1:51 What is the name of that nice torque wrench? It should be certain torque there. On one sensor I bought (REDI Sensor) they gave that torque in the instructions 71 in-lbs ( and Schrader Valve 2.7 in-lbs), but I see that torque on nut might differ (Schrader probably the same, but it is a problem to find a torque wrench within that small range), since in this film it is stated to be 62 in-lbs. Obviously the question about the specific torque on the Nut of the TPMS sensor kits is overlooked, I would say in all the films on YT about those kits. I want to reuse the original sensors, which are good, but don't know the specs on the nuts in service kits I bought. Probably I'll apply 71 in-lbs, not sure about this part of the project. I would appreciate any opinion on this matter.

Do you recommend snap in vs clamp? Are there benefits of one over the other?
