Oh man, something about TABATA makes you just go ALL OUT for that short 20 seconds. I don’t fatigue as fast as the 50/10 workout intervals but MY GOODNESS you killed us with this TABATA! Absolutely loved it 🥰

It's amazing how Anna made me grow. 🙌 When I started my journey with her, one arm or one leg burpees were impossible, or only the thought of squat+lunge jumps made my legs already heavy. I'll ask my cardiologist wether I've made progress on an fitness/ endurance level next time. I've also been with her workouts for about a year now. I KNOW with her I tried and pushed myself to do harder hiit and longer training than in the last 8 months before that...I was really slacking and reverting to the easy "go to workouts" and not pushing myself...

Excellent! Couldn't quite get the low push up in & outs 🤪 but loved the workout! 20 sec Intervals make it fast and fun!!
Fun workout! I didn’t find it particularly challenging in the cardio department, but some of the moves were more advanced and I wasn’t able to do them. The one handed burpees were out of my skill level and some of the push up/pike exercises were challenging for me to complete with good form.

In my opinion, This workout wasn't one of the hardest, but it was of the most enjoyable. I didn't feel worn out in the end of the exercises. On the opposite, even though I am sweaty, I feel ready for 1 more hour of workouts.
