- 2 Step is short for 2 Step Rev Limiter. It is a form of launch control that when tuned properly can help build boost at launch. Certain tunes also can have the car shoot flames out of the exhaust. I explain how and why all this happens in this vide.

That was a sick explanation. Short, simple, and to the point. Thank you!
I’ll make it simpler: Moronic
It was complete bullshit but ok. If you have no turbo why should 2step make pops and bangs. and antilag is not suppose to ref your engine... Its to keep your turbo boost and reduce the "lag" of boost when you hit the gas after a shift. Hes not even understanding the simple thinks in my opinion
@@svenski7392the video explains about 2 step not anti lag. They're different
Thanks for the great explanation! I have always been afraid to two-step my cars because everyone says it's bad for your engine. Now that I know you can do it safely and without flames I'm going to give it a shot 👍
I always wanted to know more about this world. Here in Brazil this is a restricted knowledge that tuners hide. Thanks for sharing this content bro. As a Marine Engineer, I can also apply this knowledge onboard.
Os mecânicos e tuners agem igual uma máfia de criminosos nesse país. Sinto vergonha desse pessoal preso nos anos 80 que não sabe mexer em nada mais complexo que um motor AP.
Saw your vid on TikTok and I’m surprised this doesn’t have more views. Keep up the good work man
Thank you I appreciate it 😁
Back this week with great content I definitely recommend my family and friends to your channel because I really learn a lot and you explain with a lot of detail for understanding
I appreciate it. Thanks a lot. Glad you're enjoying these videos
This was my first time watching one of his videos. I really like the way he explains this. Very simple and to the point great job 👊🏿
Don’t stop making these videos, you answer so many FAQ’s it’s dope
This is the second video of this dude i have seen. he is 2 for 2. i'm not happy about only learning of his videos just now. the subtle humor is quick witted and wrapped around interesting information that is easily digested. A1+

Way to go, mate!
Dude, best explanation I’ve ever watched - on any subject!
Literally came here because there’s an other video out there that leaves you more confused. Simply and well explained thank you
Great video and explanation on this tuning method. Not a fan of it, but now I know what's all involved.
I was shocked to see this is a small account top quality content don't ever stop👍🏽

I'm new here,
The explanations are precise, on point, short and extremely informative. Don't forget to add the laughter in each and everyone one of them.😂😂😂
More videos please
my favorite video of you is when you talking about lowering your car by using either coil overs, springs, BAGS lmao, or going static
Lol yea lots of people liked that video 😁 ... Thanks for the support though, I appreciate it
You nailed it haven't found s better explanation deserves a sub
Crazy, awesome, funny, factual video. Keep it coming
Love the video , I always wondered how it worked but certain it wasn't good for the motor.
Well said, sir. Much appreciated🎉
Clear, correct and to the point. Bravo, caballero. You just earned a new subscriber today👍🏼
I've got a beautiful Nissan, a s14A1 with all it's original SR20DET engine and parts (in fact I am restoring it as new) except for the exhaust, I gift him a 3,0" Duramás Line from the dowpipe to the end except for the rear muffler wich is a Mongoose one. It makes pops and bangs just right as it is👍🏼 no flames, just pure ecu cutting the fuel and spark. Btw it just has 55.000km (not miles) so it is pretty uncommon😅
all you can see these days are tuned up to the ass s14-s13 240sx, as you want to name it... They are fun, but they usually have a very brief life...😅
Props from Spain.
Just to remind u, ur work is absolutely commendable.
Thank you, this is genuinely motivating 🙏

I like this guy. Nice job!
I’m so happy you mention that it can be so bad for your car when you’re shooting the flames and being obnoxious ❤ we all love cars, we all love LOUD CARS AND HEARING DAMAGE AND BEING OBNOXIOUS but the people near by didn’t sign up for our noisy ass hobby, keep it to a minimum and respect others ❤
But also do some obnoxious shit sometimes they can handle it once a month or so
me turning on the ac at max while redlining a 4 pot on the highway:
LESS POWAH BABEH
😂
Me reading this hilarious comment on my video and actually laughing my face off 😂😭
@@MZopyrus me reading your reply while having a mental breakdown because I wrote an article on "Countach vs Diablo" and my phone died midway 😭
I guess I'll try again.
You could show this video to a soccer mom and she would understand it. Thanks bro! 🙏
With so much BS out there watching your videos is great. Short. Concise. FACTS!!!

My brother your videos are high quality, informative and entertaining. But that intro music sounds like the alarm that rings when im late for school and work at the same time
thanks for the explanation brother 💯
You just got a big fan man, good info.
Well, this is a very detailed, fast, and easy understandable explanation, even with animations.
Thanks man
Reminds me of science garage. Great work
LOL I like this guy. Keep up the good content
Cool video man glad to find your page
really informational, thank you
Hearing loss effect drove that point home; definitely something to consider
Very good explaination
great video, so straightfoward
All important keys, they on point!!
your underated bro this was a mad video
You explained very thoroughly about what it is and how it works for launch control but I figured you’d have delved more into the drift scene and how guys use a 2 step for throttle control when sliding. 2 step launching in manual cars is actually kinda tough and not as simple as tuning in a 2 step and having a perfect launch. Otherwise every drag racer would use them 😎
Drag racers DO use them. Almost every drag car, manual or auto, uses it to prevent wheelspin.
@@johncoops6897 yea you’re right I guess I’m considering more manual street cars not necessarily actual dragsters. You’re right tho 🙏🏼
Another great video
Fore vid fam. Just subbed. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Thanks this was a very informative video. Could you please explain how exhaust flame thrower kits work and if they are commonly harmful to the engine, exhaust, or compete car. I'm pretty sure that they are more than a radically tuned 2-step however I don't know. Thanks
And also add that the n2mb wotbox was THE BEST 200 bucks i have ever spent on a mod for any vehicle ive owned, the no lift shift along with the 2 step launch control was simply amazing, and the icing on the cake was it would shoot flames out of both exhaust tips.... 😍😍💨💥🔥
Nice vid. Subbed.
Just 1 question but first of all u are so fun to watch :D,
if i understood you i just got audi s3 8L i can "throw flames" lets call it that if i go and do a chip for pop and bangs ?
thanks
Just tested this on my 150cc motorcycle, and it works like a charm, I'm using fuel and spark cut method just to be on the safe side, although I don't know how safe it is since it can become very lean due less fuel.
How did it end up?
You definitely deserve more subs. Thanks for teaching being such a clear teacher ✌️
Thanks DJ Khalid
Great vids keep it up
🙏🙏😁
Nice vids bro you should make some 10 best cars for teens or best first project cars. Or best daily cars. Or work trucks as projects

Thanks man, this is very encouraging 😁🙏
Not only he explain 2 step, but also he gave us motivation 1:57 - 1:59.
Wow man i thout 2 step n anti lag are the same
Very helpful
Lots of people do, you're not alone lol
I got a mustang 2017 gt 5.0 manual. When I change gears would it pop loud as well ?
What changes would bulletproof a car for 2-step? Titanium valves? Custom headers? Billet turbine wheel and housing? Head studs?
About the hearing loss, you spooked me
“I’m talking about those real Mustangs,” 😅 Shots fired!
I honestly had forgotten that I had said that lol
Do you know anything about the 3rz engine, bc if you do it would be great if you go over how those work. Bc I have one and at about 4,000 to 5,000 rpms it acts like a 2 stroke engine and hits power ban
