    Lately I've been struggling to find the right way to motivate my self in going forward in my life and career. Your message taught me to reconsider, what I was praised before? Why am I not getting that praise anymore? I always loved a good challenge but had difficult times to finish It lately.

    Interesting. I was thinking about this very possibility just this week. Kind of analyzing my teenage years (I’m 75 years old now, still trying to understand who I was sixty some years ago) thank you.

    I like your effort on these, but the video clips entered only have men doing athletes things and focus mostly on males. Be nice to see females included.

    You took one study, then drove your brain off a cliff. Praise from another and self efficacy are not equal, in fact dozens of studies show that strong self efficacy increases performance.
