...so wonderful to see someone enjoying one's company and making the most of it. I so understand, as at 51 and retired, I get to live alone in an old converted barn in what used to be a horse ranch at the foothills of San Jose, CA. It it only 15 mins away from Silicon Valley but it's years apart. Being alone doesn't always end in loneliness and living simply doesn't equate to an unfulfilled existence. Good on you girl!
During my stay in japan i had toast with butter & strawberry jam EVERYDAY for breakfast and it was SO delicious .. seeing this brings so much memories 😭❤

Hello Angela...new sub. Did you ever try using can ricer to make your mashed potatoes? Instead of boiling , you steam them.. The flavor is more concentrated because the are not cooked in water....And they are very smooth. Enjoy your channel. You live with intention it seems.
