My daughter and I found Dickies for $5 this weekend! They are usually $20 at more expensive Goodwills.

That Dream Girl neon color dress is definitely from the 60's I remember Goldie Hawn wearing dresses like that on Laugh-In. Those white Fringe Western boots looked awesome with that dress. You look so cute in just about anything you put on though.

Dreamgirl is a brand that has 3 sections: lingerie (so you probably did have a slip dress from them), costumes & wigs. That is technically a costume from them (they run about $40 to $60). They offer size small to 3x in there clothing. Totally a fun find!!

I gotta say, a lot of people I know don’t like the idea of thrifting if you’re well off but let me tell you something. Thrift stores have a LOT of overflow items. Most thrift shops have to hold half of their stock in the back while the rest get sold, they get sooo many new items all the time so never feel bad for thrifting as I know some people do!!
Thrifting fast-fashion is literally not bad. I've thrifted shein several times for very cheap but better to take a piece you like home and use it than letting it go to waste. I never care about tags or what brand the clothes are from.
I wouldn't ever believe you girls will dress as we did in the 00s, not my fashion anymore but have fun. BTW your outfit and style is kinda similar to Miranda from Lizzie McGuire, I used to watch it and tried to dress like them. PD: be aware low rise jeans can do permanent damage to the figure, trust me, we don't you want to repeat the same mistakes we did. Tons of love from Colombia.

Nahhhh with the pandemic they closed the fitting rooms. But they do offer a return period but I’m soooo bad at keeping my receipts! Are the fitting rooms at your local thrift open?

Like all jeans are 7.99, all t-shirts 3.99, sweaters 5.99, etc. There will be a handful of items they will have behind the check out counter individually priced because they think they’re more valuable or something, but that’s all. That’s how every goodwill I’ve been to in NC/SC is priced!
Why do you wear shoes that kill your knees??! That doesn't make much sense at all. Shouldn't you be thinking about the future (as in your knee health & the ability to walk or do you want joint problems?). And I loved that swirly 60s dress!
