Alhamdulillah for these words of encouragement as always..I try to think about our brothers and sisters in Yemen, Syria, Burma, the Uyghurs, those in war torn areas, starving etc they are going through extreme, harsh circumstances and I try to put my trials in tribulations in perspective...although when you're in it you feel that what you're going through is so hard, but Alhamdulillah I'm not living in a tent, I have food, my children are in school, etc and I try to be grateful and thankful for all of the blessings that Allah has given to me..May Allah Azzawajal answer our duas Ameen
Yes, gratitude helps a lot but since everyone’s trials is tailored for them so it’s not always that easy to have that perspective during heavy trials for example’hunger’ does not always mean the need for food but sometimes it’s the absence of other needs in the individuals life so no matter the nature of the test, may Allah grant everyone relief. And May Allah continue to bless you with strength during your trials.
You speak with such candour, such honesty and sincerity Ma'shAllah. Carry on the good work, we are desperate out here for your words of comfort.

Jazakillah khair Nafisa!!! Subhanallah this video came just a few hours after a very difficult conversation with my mum about something that has been hurting me for years. I was feeling bitter and angry at Allah for planning my life that way it is going instead of how I wanted it but after watching your video; I went to sleep, woke up for fajr for the first time in ages and prayed. Sister Nafisa this is nice from you making such video to remind us and support your brothers and sisters to keep fighting and never stop making Duaa, there who says that duaa is a weapon, surely it is a weapon we use to fight against our pain and difficult times we go through, in the same time it is worship, as the prophet peace be upon him says الدعاء عبادة، which is duaa is a worship, which means god will reward you for this worship either in doniaa or the lifeafter.

I feel like giving up completely broken emotionay mentally physically have so many health issues I have so many problems in life for a long time with time it's getting worse not better. Hurts me so so deeply going through so many storms some people laughed at my situations. Day by day I'm loosing people I love turning away from me too. I want health happiness inner peace loving family that's all I been asking for so many years. I'm crying listen to this I can't see light darkness

And also befr to loss hope in Allaah ponder upon de blessings He had granted u wen u neva asked ,look at those below u n not those above ,it will give u some source of hope dat it shall be well .Continue to ask Allaah ,trust n ve hope dat in His best of knowledge ,He shall grant you wat is best.
