➤ How does 40Hz work?
40Hz is proven to be particularly beneficial to the brain. According to studies, our brain cells communicate at a frequency of 40Hz. Yes indeed we all will, When I had my 1st NDE 5 years ago it was spectacular! My entire family that had passed greeted me including my 2 dogs. One dog was our family pet when I was growing up and the other was my beloved pit bull which I had bred and passed only a few months before my NDE. I felt pain in my lymph node areas like neck collar bone under arms and groin ….. it must have come from listening to this video because It felt like no other pain I have ever experienced …… after rubbing and shaking the lymph node areas it all settled down …. interesting that there was a connection to listening to this video …. well done !!
It’s prob ur body purging the lymph. I have a problem with my lymph nodes not draining and I tried a massage technique one time to get them to drain and it did work but it was uncomfortable and sometimes painful in areas . . So it’s a good thing. Dont be afraid.

I also have pain in my left thigh, which is pain that recently flowed there from my right shoulder-- old injuries being pulled out of the body in my case for sure. In my experience pain in specific places in the body stand for specific kinds of injuries. I also had pain in my frontal lobe, but on the right side instead of left. Mine are associated with childhood poverty and insecurity-- but I had not thought or felt these things in many years.
Where can i learn about his i looked it up on google but didnt find anything. Last month i had a pain in ny right shoulder blade excruciating unlike any pain ive felt, different kind if pain, so bad its made my pinky and ring finger on my right hand numb, the pain doesn’t come anymore but the two fingers still are numb, kind of like something’s coating them. What do you think this means? There was no trauma no reason for the pain
