because she's not wearing anything on her lips and has foundation all over them. Her makeup's not done properly. It might just be preference but, some of the styles we've seen before including the floral top look like they're from marshals or just matronly.
skip to 1:40 and yeah they're very matronly. The skirt is too long for her and hits her legs at the wrong spot. There's also a string hanging off it at the bottom.
